Beds were uncomfortable. Unsafe because no lock on the garage doors and anyone entering could walk around the outside of the apartment. Sliding glass doors and windows were covered with see through curtains and a few opaque curtains.More

Location close to UCLA was important for us. Easy access with code rather than a key. Wine and chocolate left for us was a nice touch.

This is the desirable Westside area of Los Angeles. It neighbors Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Palms & Mar Vista. UCLA is about 3.5 miles away. The Westside has some of the pricier real estate in the LA area. It also has a lot of traffic, restaurants and shopping. This street is a culdesac and is very close to the freeway interchange of 405 & 10 freeways. The other properties on street are multi-family or apartments. You can walk to several strip mall type shopping places just a couple blocks away.
Getting around
Walk to expo line station! Sepulveda station is just .7 miles away - a few blocks. This unit is very close to the 10 & 405 freeway interchange - making it easy to hop on a freeway and visit another part of Los Angeles. It's just half a block from Sepulveda (a major north south corrider) with lots of public transportation options.
