The house is on 8 acres of private land in a quiet wooded area, conveniently located near Yosemite. It is a approx. 30 minute drive to the park border. The cool refreshing Merced river is a 10 minute drive for fishing and swimming. Historic Mariposa is about 15 minutes drive where there's restaurants, shopping, and grocery store.

The house is 1068 square feet of space. New construction. A full kitchen with all you would need to make a hearty meal. French doors and sliding glass doors let in plenty of and afford a great view of the surrounding woods. Energy efficient led lighting make for a nice mood at night. Star gaze on the hill top above the house. Wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife can sometimes be seen around the property. You can listen to the birds and the breeze blowing through the Oak trees.

Very specious, 2 bedrooms plus a third bed from sofa, can accommodate 3 couples and kids. A home with full house-hold amenities and luxury amidst the wilderness in Midpines gave us an excellent experience while on our visit to the Yosemite National Park. Park entrance...More

We are in a rural area. The peace and quiet are good for the soul. The town of Mariposa is a 15 minute drive for dining and shopping. We are also a 5 minute drive to a rustic restaurant that serves breakfast, and dinner. A small convenience store is 5 minutes from the house. The area is safe for biking and walking and the neighborhood surrounded by trees and mountain views.

From Merced, take Ca-140E to Mariposa. Continue straight to stay on Ca-140 E. Turn Left onto Colorado Road. The house is approx. 2.2 miles from Hwy 140/Colorado Rd intersection. When you enter the property, please take the driveway in the left marked 5461A.

From Oakhurst, take Ca-49N, continues onto Ca-49N. Turn right onto Silva Rd, continue onto Silva Rd. Turn left onto Triangle Rd. Turn right onto Ca-140E. Continue onto Ca-140E, turn left onto Colorado Rd. The house is approx. 2.2 miles from Hwy 140/Colorado Rd intersection. When you enter the property, please take the driveway in the left marked 5461A.
