We are happy to assist in any planning you are doing; We have lots of ideas - and since we live in the area, we have lots of recommendations! Or if you prefer to wait til you arrive, we have a LARGE BOOK of Things to Do, Restaurants we like, etc, in the house for you. We are honest people and clear communicators - so whatever Qs you have along the way, just ask! We may be around during your stay, but you would hardly know it...unless you need something of course. Either way, we are quick to respond to your Qs and needs:-)

- HIGH SEASON: JULY/AUGUST: $3200-$4000 per week Saturday check-in: 2:30pm - Saturday check-out: 10am
- OFF SEASON RATES vary: as little as $2275 (in Jan/Feb, Nov/Dec exc holidays) and $335 for nightly rates (3 night min during low season)
- Minimum stay during the off-season is THREE NIGHTS, except during Holiday/high interest weeks, when a longer stay may be required
- Add $285 Cleaning & Linens Fee to all rates + a $700 fully refundable security deposit

About the neighbourhood
We're located one house off the oceanfront/white sand beach/boardwalk (JUST 30 STEPS) and an easy 10 minute stroll on the boardwalk to the Newport Pier. Enjoy the area and the beach without a car - or with a car, you're just a short drive to Disneyland, an hour from LA and 1.5 hours from San Diego, a perfect location! Fly into John Wayne/Orange County SNA airport (10 minutes away) or into LAX or LGB.
Getting around
Southern California is a sprawling place - and our public transportation is not so great. Either rent a car, if you are planning on doing a lot of sight seeing. Or if you are planning on having a low-key beach vacation, you really won't need one. You can rent bikes to get around here on the Peninsula - or just walk. Or cab or Uber around. Nearby, we have a major supermarket, movie theatre, casual to 5-star restaurants, everything you could need to chill and enjoy, without a car. So whatever your needs, you can plan accordingly!

Airport: SantaAna/John Wayne/OC (SNA): 13.0 km
You can fly into any of the SoCal airports: LAX is an hour away (a little more during rush hour traffic) but SNA (aka John Wayne) airport is 12 minutes away - and you can even drive here just on surface streets, without even getting on a freeway. If you're flying Jet Blue, LGB (Long Beach) is about 35 minutes away, Ontario is an hour+. You can even fly into Ontario airport (approx 1 hr away) or San Diego International airport, which is 2 hours away!
