We are a 90 night minimum stay rental - therefore no City Bed Tax applies - we do however pay our housekeeper/concierge team for a POST occupancy cleaning of $250.00- which represents about a deep cleaning service and inventory - and includes dropping off and picking up our laundry from a commercial laundry service. We pay utilities up to $100/month you pay the excess. $79 damage insurance is required on all rentals. Rents are paid in full prior to occupancy in increments not less than 90 days at a time - 60 days prior to commencement.

We are on the Strand - a short one way street that extends for about 2 long City blocks - along the beach. There is nothing between the complex and the water except for this small roadway - Our complex is in an area of high end beach condos and bungalows - ranging in value from about $500,000 for a studio or one bdrm unit - to mulitple millions for the stand alone houses. The condition of the area is pristine - no drinking or dogs are allowed on the beaches in this area. Walking to the North from this complex it takes about 7 minutes to get to the Oceanside Harbor - which offers multiple dining options - including Rockin' Baja Lobster, Joes CrabShack, Monterey Bay Cannery - to name a few.
