The Palms at Mandalay Shores is located in the highly desirable Mandalay Shores Beach\, located on the East Side of Harbor Blvd, in the Dunes neighborhood. The home is a short walk to the beautiful and uncrowded Mandalay Shores Beach, one of 3 amazing beaches in the city of Oxnard, CA. These beaches are big and uncrowded with the best views to the Channel Islands. WE are about a mile from the beautiful Oxnard beach park, with amenities that include bike rentals, covered Picnic areas with BBQ grills, kids play area, grassy areas and paved paths. The beautiful Mandalay Bay Resort is located adjacent to the park as well. About a mile away, are shops, restaurants, and the Marina...you can access tennis courts and water activities from this location.

Airport: Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): 64.0 km
Railway: Amtrak, Pacific: 8.0 km
We usually fly into SBA (Santa Barbara airport) to avoid LA traffic and the chaos of a large international airport. It is about 35 miles away...however, Santa Barbara may not work for everyone, as it is a smaller airport. If you can plan to spend some time in Santa Barbara, it will be worth your while. It is very quaint city, that looks like a European seaside town. Also, LAX is only an hour or so away, depending on traffic of course. We recommend renting a car to be able to get to many destinations near by the home. If the PCH is open (check with your local traffic ), then we highly recommend taking this highway (Pacific Coast Highway) from LAX, where you will see beautiful coastal views and drive through famous beach towns.
