Holiday Rental House
This 4000 square foot Victorian style home has 100 feet of beach front with panoramic views of the ocean from all three units. There is a wrap around deck fronting the beach with a patio that features a natural gas barbecue and fire pit. The house is divided into three units that can only be rented together. We have 6 bedrooms with 9 private sleeping areas that can accommodate up to 22 people. There is one full kitchens with granite counter tops upstairs but each unit has access to a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The house has seven flat screen TVs with DVD players and Netflix in each unit, five bathrooms (three with jetted tubs), two gas fireplaces, and two electric fireplaces. The one bedroom unit is on the first floor and has a magnificent view of the beach and ocean from the bedroom, kitchen, and dining area. A rap-around queen sleeper couch surrounds the fireplace and large screen TV. The dining table is next to the kitchen island. A queen bed is in the bedroom and a queen sleeper couch is in the den area. The two bedroom is also on the first floor and has a beach and ocean view from the master bedroom which has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed and twin trundle with a roll away twin in the closet. The den has a large screen TV, a queen sleeper bed, a dining table, and a partial kitchen. An oak spiral staircase leads upstairs to the penthouse suite which has panoramic views of the beach and ocean from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, informal and formal dining areas, and a large living room with a large screen TV, gas fireplace, and multiple sitting areas. Across from the kitchen is a den with a queen sleeper bed. Between the kitchen and living room, French doors open to the balcony which has seating fronting the ocean and a built in gas BBQ. The master bedroom suite features a spacious sitting area with a gas fireplace, TV, and a stained glass window. The futon couch flattens into a double bed. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds and a balcony. A roof deck offers a spectacular 360 degree view of the ocean and mountains. Dishes should be cleaned and put away prior to your departure. 5) move furniture from its original location. 6) play loud music or make excessive noise. 7) have gatherings of more than 26 people.

About the neighbourhood
This Mandalay Beach Estate is located in a residential area with ample street parking just minutes from beach parks, shopping areas, and restaurants. A beach park steps from the house has a volleyball court, basketball court, and swings/slides. We are located between Ventura Harbor and Oxnard's Channel Island Harbor 30 minutes south of Santa Barbara and north of Malibu. Nearby is downtown Oxnard and Ventura. All of these areas feature quaint shops and a variety of dining experiences. Boat excusions are available in the harbor and to the Channel Islands National Park for whale watching, sight seeing, and fishing. Other water activities include surfing, kayaking, and scuba diving. The nearby dunes and park make for a wonderful biking and hiking experience. The Camirillo Factory Outlets are only minutes away off of the 101 Freeway.
