Powderhorn sits just above the Blue River where it flows into Maggie Pond. It is perfectly situated for easy access across a short wooden foot-bridge to Peak 9, the heart of the Breckenridge ski area, the ski school, skier necessities and services, a web of picturesque foot paths along the river, and the town's Main Street shops and restaurants. In the winter, Peak 9 not only features many acres of terrain for Beginner, Intermediate and Expert skiers, but also offers quick and easy access to both Peak 8 and Peak 10. Peak 9 is the core of the ski area; the location could truly not be better.

The trailhead for the Forest Service Burro trail is also nearby, providing opportunities for snow shoeing, hiking and mountain biking, depending on the season.

About the neighbourhood
The condo is in a quiet, peaceful setting, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the Blue River. It is only 175 yards from the 6-person Quicksilver chairlift at the base of Peak 9, and also just 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge.


Summer guests please note that the pool and hot-tubs are being renovated so they will not be available for the summer of 2018. The current hope is that the work will be complete November 30 and ready to reopen on December 1, 2018.
