Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with a range, dishwasher, microwave, blender. Everything you need.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four guests.
The lounge area leads into the kitchen, which has bar seating for four.
The full bathroom has a sunken copper sink, WC, bath, shower unit over the bath and a heated floor.
The bathroom vanity stocked with plenty of towels.
The main queen bedroom has bedside cabinets, drawers and a closet for your storage.

The apartment features an open living area, a large well stocked kitchen, a modern updated feel with quality furnishings, furniture and linens. There is free WIFI, satellite TV and everything you need for a truly memorable vacation. The apartment is situated at 9600 feet on Peak 7 in Breckenridge where you can experience world class skiing and amazing summers. The views are spectacular of Peak 6 and 7 and the surrounding mountains.

My husband and I live in the building, completely separate from the apartment, giving the advantage of us always being on hand if you have any questions or concerns, needs or wants. Once you have booked the apartment I will email you to welcome you and confirm your booking. If you have any questions prior to arrival, I will answer them promptly. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. More than enough room for 4 guests. Close by downtown. I'd say about a 5-10 minute drive to Main St. in Breck. About a 20 minute drive to Keystone. The apartment had everything that we needed and the internet was pretty fast too. I'd highly recommend this property to friends

We had an amazing 10 days here with our 2 boys. The location is fantastic in a wooded area with great views of the mountains. The apartment is really private but Vicky and Al were around if you needed anything. They even recommended a ski hire place that gave us "locals" discount!! Very clean apartment on the bottom level of the cabin. Vicki was really nice and very helpful. We loved our short stay there and will be going back again.

About the neighbourhood
The location of this apartment on Peak 7 requires a car, preferably 4WD/AWD in winter.
Being on Peak 7 means that you are very close to the main town of Breckenridge, a little further to the town of Frisco, but you can escape the noise and general commotion that comes with being in town.

The apartment here is located in a woodland setting, it is extremely quiet and is good for wildlife watching in the day, and has amazing stars on a clear night. There are many trails nearby for hiking in summer and is close to Nordic skiing, and the gondola for downhill skiing.

The setting is wonderful, with vast unobstructed mountain views in winter. In summer the mountain views are obstructed by the leaves on the many aspen trees. It is a beautiful setting, one which you may never want to leave.
Getting around
There is a free bus service in the town of Breckenridge which will take you to the other resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and the town of Leadville. You can park at the free skier parking and get the free shuttle bus to the gondola on peak 8, so no walking with skis! Once in town, there is a new trolly bus which will take you up and down main street to save those tired legs...

How to get there
Airport: Denver International Airport: 169.0 km
The apartment is situated on peak 7 in Breckenridge which is a 10 minute drive, or four miles down the mountain to Main Street where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. To access the ski areas, it is two miles, or a five minute drive to the Airport Road free skier parking at the base of peak 8, where you can catch the free bus to the gondola, or you can drive a couple of minutes further to the paid gondola parking lot or drive to the high speed chair at Beaver Run. The free bus service runs to all the local mountains, including Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin.
