About the neighbourhood
Located northeast of Downtown and just off the energetic Powers corridor, the Old Farm neighborhood has long been known as a hidden gem in the local real estate lore. Close to exceptional shopping, dining and entertainment options, it nonetheless retains a unique, quiet, comfortable and unaffected atmosphere. The homes are large, the trees are mature, the trails and parks are abundant, and here the kids still ride their bikes in the street on a sunny day. On a rise just east of town, the views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak, “America’s Mountain,” can be incredible and unobstructed.
