House Rental
During our High Seasons (May through October, Thanksgiving and Christmas) we require a minimum of 5 guests and and a 3 night stay. Due to the City of Colorado Springs City Codes, no events, parties, graduations or celebrations are allowed. It is spacious, warm and comfortable with many things to do inside and outside. Our home is in the quiet Historic Old North End close to Downtown, Colorado College, US Olympic Training Center and Museum, Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Manitou Springs. We are right across the street from Monument Valley Park the has hiking/biking trails, Pickleball Courts, and wonderful playgrounds. Easy access to and from I-25. Day trips to the Royal Gorge for rafting, a drive up to the top of Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek, Florissant Fossi...

Wonderful stay in a great location
Our family had a wonderful stay. Host Michael was very communicative, and still met us at the house even though we were extremely late due to a snowstorm. The house was in a great location in the Old North End of Colorado Springs and had good amenities for the kids including a pool table, ping pong table, and a really fun electronic ball game. We will stay here again!
