The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top in the other room. This home has just been freshly painted with warm relaxing colors. This flat has a stackable washer/dryer inside.
Guest access
There are 6 bicycles at Dragonfly Flats that are available for free for all Dragonfly Flats guests. These are on a first come first serve basis. You can check one out with Big Counrty Fun located on the first floor of Dragonfly Flats.
There are BBQ and fire-pit as well as patio furniture are available for all guests to use. We ask that if you use the propane, please replace it with a new tank before you leave.
There is a trash dumpster on the alley side of the house for all guests to use.
Interaction with guests
Owners live on the off and on throughout the year. When they are there, they often socialize on the deck with our guests. We also have staff on the property located at Big Country Fun on the first floor. They are available to help with anything you need during your stay.

Our guests will receive a 10% discount from Big Country Fun for ATV and horseback riding packages. For more information, message is on this site.
We offer discounts for booking multiple units. There is a $25/night discount for 2 flat rental, $50/night for 3 flat rental and $75/night for 4 flat rental.
We provide a complimentary welcome basket as well as toiletries.
