Colorful decor and stunning artwork throughout comfy 420 friendly home. Easy access to: the mountains 15 min, downtown 10 min, Red Rocks 20 min. Lots of great food, entertainment, and public parks nearby. We welcome all types of individuals from anywhere in the world into our home. We're excited to host you and we trust you'll treat our home with respect. We're seasoned short-term rental hosts and we're looking forward to hosting you so you can play the CO way! What to Do - Guests will have access to our Guidebook, which lists which lists places to visit, restaurants, etc. Guests may also request access to our exclusive online guide for cannabis enthusiasts. Here are all of the details you need to be comfortable here. There will also be an updated hard copy provided in the house: The door has a keypad and you'll need a code to open it. I'll provide you with your unique code for the door in a separate message approximately 2 days before your arrival. Smoking - Please smoke all the cannabis you wish in the house or on the private/covered front porch. However, cigarette smoking and the use of any other forms of tobacco, (including cigars, spliffs, blunts, Swishers, tobacco wraps, etc.) are only allowed outside, preferably under the porch, where you may place your butts in the ashtray on the table. Ashtrays – There is one for cannabis in the dining room on the shelf and another for cigarettes out front under the porch. Please do not use other items as ashtrays. Rags/Clean-up - If you need a rag for quick clean-up, they are located in the black bar in the dining room, on the right. Towel Hooks - There are plenty of towel hooks on the inside of the bathroom door in case you don't spot them right away. ;) Security - Please open the windows or the front door to air out the house as needed. However, please make sure all windows and doors are closed and secured if you leave. Living Room Curtains - We love our plants. You're welcome to close the curtains in the living room if you need a cool, dark place to chill, but please don't leave the curtains closed, as the plants will suffer. Games - There are several games for you to have fun with. They are located on the top shelf in the closet in Bedroom 1. Iron/Ironing Board - The iron and ironing board are located in the closet in Bedroom 1. Fire Extinguisher/First Aid Kit - The fire extinguisher and first aid kit can be found under the sink in the kitchen. Hopefully you'll never need them! Fireplace - Please do not attempt to use the fireplace. It's not currently working properly and we'd like to get it cleaned/fixed before anyone uses it. Pots and Pans - Please hand wash instead of using the dishwasher. Wifi - Here's the Wifi info in case you missed it elsewhere: Couch1451 Lalo1571 Television - Feel free to use the Roku television in the living room or the brand new TV in the master bedroom, both of which will give you access to Netflix and any other apps you want to sign into with your credentials. Just hit the power button and select the app. You should be able to navigate from there. Bluetooth Speaker - I also just purchased an excellent 360 bluetooth speaker, which is located in the living room. To connect, press the button for 4 sec and then find Vizio SP50 on the device you're playing music from. Charging Devices - There are extra charging devices located in the dining room on the white shelves. Please feel free to use them, but leave them there for the next guests in case they forgot theirs as well. Hair Dryer - Located under the bathroom sink. DVDs/Books - Please feel free to watch DVDs or borrow a book to read, but please do leave them here. We enjoy revisiting both regularly. Heating/Cooling - The thermostat has been set with a schedule. We've done our best to make it comfortable for all types of people, but everybody has their own idea of what temperature is best. Please let us know if you're uncomfortable and it needs to be adjusted. Special Treats - If we've left you something special on the ganja tray or on the shelf in the dining room, feel free to use it! Items may include glass pipes, bubblers, papers, etc. If you're not interested, just leave the items there or move them to another location and let us know where they are so we can put them out for the next guests. : ) *Unfortunately, we're unable to clean glass items for you. You're more than welcome to use them, but cleaning is left up to guests.* Exit Bags - You might need one of these if you make a purchase at a dispensary and most shops charge for it. There are a few here for you to use, located on the shelf in the dining room. Feel free to take one with you when you shop, but please be sure to leave it for the next guests. Coffee/Tea - There is an electric kettle, a french press, and a coffee maker for those of you who need your morning cup of joe. We’ve also provided tea and coffee for your enjoyment. Interaction with guests
You will have total access to the front of the house with your own separate entrance. We may need to access the back of the house to grab clothing, etc.. If so, you likely won't see or hear us and we will always provide advanced notice. Guests may not access the back of the house or the back yard without permission. We may need to access the house to water the plants for stays over 3 days. However, we can work together to ensure that it's convenient for each party.

About the neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is home to some of the tastiest ethnic food in Denver and several parks, including the city's hottest new up and coming park - Ruby Hill, which also hosts Denver's newest outdoor concert venue - Levitt Pavilion.
Getting around
We're conveniently located between I-25 and Federal, Alameda and Mississippi Avenue. The easiest way to drive here is by approaching the house via I-25. We're just off the I-25 and Santa Fe exit. The closest Light Rail Station is the Broadway and I-25 location. A train and light rail from the airport is pretty cheap and will get you close enough for a 15 minute walk to the house. You can also order and Uber or Lyft from the Light Rail Station. The Denver bus system is cheap and effective, but it takes a bit longer and you'd need to changes buses a few times to get yourself within a block of the house. Uber and Lyft are prevalent here and it's only about $7 and a 10 minute ride to get downtown outside of rush hour.
