We're seasoned short-term rental Superhosts with a 5 star rating, but new to TripAdvisor. We're looking forward to hosting you so you can play the Colorado way!

Easy access to mountains, downtown, The Green Mile, great food, entertainment, public parks. Excellent kitchen amenities.

You will have total access to the front of the house with your own separate entrance. We may or may not be staying in the separate, back part of the house. If so, you won't see us unless we're walking the dog, watering the garden, or coming/going. Guests may not access the back of the house or the back yard without permission. We may need to access the house to water the plants for stays over 3 days. However, we can work together to ensure that it's convenient for each party.

About the neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is home to some of the tastiest ethnic food in Denver and several parks, including the city's hottest new up and coming park - Ruby Hill, which also hosts Denver's newest outdoor concert venue - Levitt Pavilion.
Getting around
We're conveniently located between I-25 and Federal, Alameda and Mississippi Avenue.

The easiest way to drive here is by approaching the house via I-25. We're just off the I-25 and Santa Fe exit.

The closest Light Rail Station is the Broadway and I-25 location. A train and light rail from the airport is pretty cheap and will get you close enough for a 15 minute walk to the house. You can also order and Uber or Lyft from the Light Rail Station.

The Denver bus system is cheap and effective, but it takes a bit longer and you'd need to changes buses a few times to get yourself within a block of the house.

Uber and Lyft are prevalent here and it's only about $7 and a 10 minute ride to get downtown outside of rush hour.

The easiest way to drive here is via I-25. We're just off the I-25 and Santa Fe exit. From Santa Fe, head west on Mississippi to Lipan. Head north on Lipan, then turn left on W. Hoye Pl. Drive up the hill, turn left at the 'T' and we're a few houses up on the right.

There's a garden box in the front yard. You can't miss it!
