House Rental
We are delighted to host you in this comfortable and inviting home. This is our home away from home; we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The neighborhood is close to fantastic restaurants and breweries.
This downstairs suite is conveniently located near downtown Denver. This is a lovely one bedroom and one bath, with a comfortable living room equipped with a television. It has a full petite kitchen and fully equipped with cooking necessities. There is a huge comfortable couch as well (can sleep one if need be).
Need to do laundry ? There is a washer and dryer in the space.
The covered patio is shared with tenant upstairs. There are siting areas (patio chairs/table ) throughout the front and backyard, all with smoking trays. The string patio lights help illuminate the evenin...

Smoking and cannabis is fine but OUTSIDE only.
Please do not host any parties.
Put dirty laundry in basket when you leave (towel/robes/kitchen towels/sheets and pillow cases).
Don’t flush wipes or tampons. Don’t put too much tissue in the toilet (it will clog).
Please unplug the string lights after using it for the night.
Neighborhood quiet hours start at 11 pm.
Place food garbage in the trash and please take your trash out to the bins.

Cozy, comfortable, modern
The space is perfect for one or two people. The suite was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It's downstairs, and at six feet tall, I was fine, but if I were a few inches taller, I'd feel cramped. It was a great alternative to staying in a downtown hotel, good central location. Owner is responsive. I recommend it.

About the neighbourhood
The area is situated in an established neighborhood and within a block or two, there are new developments. The new development area has a beer garden and cute restaurants for you to enjoy. There’s also lots of authentic Mexican food near by as well.
Getting around
Lyft and Uber is the best way to get to the stadiums in downtown (football and baseball and basketball arenas).
There is also a light rail that is close by but not walking distance. You can use this to get to downtown or the airport or south towards DTC area. You can do a quick Uber/Lyft ride there.
