Enjoy this updated 1890's two bedroom, one bathroom duplex in Jefferson Park, which is close to Denver's best attractions. While not right downtown, it is an easy walk to Mile High Stadium (aka Sports Authority Field) to watch your favorite football team, the Denver Aquarium, Elitch Gardens, the Children's Museum, restaurants, grocery shopping, and trendy boutiques. A great coffee shop is just 1 block away. The high ceilings give the place a spacious feel. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed with a new matress. There is a TV in the living room (but no cable). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Great price, great location. Close to everything I needed to do on my business trip (longest trip was 40 mins w/traffic). Loved the kitchen and Leigh is so great too! Will never stay in a hotel again if there is availability here!

I would highly recommend staying in this house. It was clean and the perfect size. We stayed with our daughter and had many dinners and gatherings with our other daughter and her boyfriend. It was cozy and in a perfect location. Leigh was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with the stove and DVD not working properly, but...

This home is an excellent value and a better alternative to a hotel for a stay in Denver. It is in an awesome location. It is close to downtown and to sporting events in Denver.
