The Durango Trolley stops right in front of the home every 20 minutes making it convenient to get downtown without having to drive or park. Each bedroom has a King bed, 42' TV, its own bathroom and deck/patio. The kitchen features high end appliances including a gas grill on the patio off the kitchen. The condo also features central A/C The Crimson Cliff complex includes a private park with sand volleyball court, playground equipment, nine-hole mini-golf, small pond, fire pit and a gravel walking track around the large lawn. Bed Configuration Master - King 2nd - King Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). We manage 3 other townhomes in the Crimson Cliff complex if you need additional space. Book more then one townhome and we offer a 10% discount on each property. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
