We spent one night in Fort Collins with friends and came upon this quaint neighborhood hotel. This place is perfectly situated close to Old Towne and we were able to walk to dinner and the local breweries. It had all the things we needed for a quick stay and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. They have staff on site for any needs you may have and we met the owner who was a great guy. Loved the fire pit!

About the neighbourhood
We have an excellent location with amazing walkability. As like most of Fort Collins our area is very safe, so walking night is never a problem. We are located across the street from CSU and just a few blocks from Historic Old Town Fort Collins which offers great dining, nightlife, cafes.

Bike paths are plentiful and you could tour the whole town on the bikes. There is a FC Bike Library station one block away that features free bike rentals. College Ave is at the center of Fort Collins and The Max (located on Mason St.) will take you up and down the 1.0 mile stretch of shops, breweries and restaurants.

If you have a car and want to head to the mountains, the foothills are just 15 minutes away, and the large ski resorts are approximately 1.30 hours away.
