During warmer months, relax with a cup of coffee or refreshing adult beverage on the mountain-view balcony. Renovated and redecorated, this modern mountain loft will be your home in the Sandstone neighborhood of Vail with a great open feel. High ceilings and the south-facing windows provide lots of natural light and views of the slopes of Vail Resort. The bistro table set on the balcony is great for relaxing with a drink or snack during the warmer months, while looking out at Vail mountain. THE BEDROOM is the upstairs loft: → Queen Bed with memory foam mattress → Views out to the slopes of Vail. → Hardwood floors → Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping down in the living room: equivalent to a full-size bed (it's as long as a queen, but as wide as a full; 80"x55"). This sleeper sofa is not like a typical pull-out couch; it's actually quite comfortable, with no springs to cause pressure points. As a bed, it's on the firm side, so I've provided a memory foam mattress topper, in case you prefer your bed to be a bit softer. BATH For a spa-like experience, the walk-in slate tile shower is equipped with a luxurious rain shower head. KITCHEN Let your inner chef out: the kitchen is equipped with a basic assortment of cooking tools: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, a toaster, blender, etc. → Coffee-Lovers: there is a Nespresso machine with aeroccino so that you can enjoy a nice espresso beverage in the morning with frothed milk. When I'm in town I keep a small assortment of coffee pods available, but if I've been gone for a while and many guests have stayed, I can't guarantee that there will still be pods available, so bring your own if you have favorites (the machine takes the original style Nespresso pods). ENTERTAINMENT There is a TV hung on the wall, with a Roku attached, allowing you to sign into your personal Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Apple TV, and other streaming accounts or simply enjoy the free content on the Roku Channel. Please note that there isn't cable/satellite service here for traditional live TV, although some of the major networks do have streaming apps available on Roku (but who has time for TV when there's so much to do outside!). PARKING There is free parking on-site for no more than two vehicles. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Everything you need is close by: → two grocery stores (Safeway and City Market), → liquor stores → world-class restaurants in Vail Village and Lionshead → ski lifts/gondola → hiking (on Vail mountain, the North Trail just up the street, or any of the other great trails in Vail) → Mountain Biking (Vail has a great downhill trail system during the summer) → Fly Fishing → the list goes on and on...Vail is an awesome place to visit for outdoor activities, culture, and nightlife. ...all within 3-10 minutes via the free bus or car. GETTING AROUND A car isn't necessary when staying here, thanks to the great bus system, but if you prefer the flexibility of a car, there is free parking for no more than 2 cars at the condo (the condo association prefers that only one car be parked here by owners/renters and allows for a second car to accommodate the occasional guest). → Free Town of Vail Sanstone bus line: quick access to all of the great skiing/riding, shopping, restaurants and activities in Vail Village and Lionshead. The bus runs all day, from early morning to late night; Sandstone Creek Club stop is just steps from the condo property on Vail View Drive - the bus will get you to Vail Village in approximately 5-8 minutes. Once in the village, you can catch the ECO (Eagle County) bus to go elsewhere in the Valley. For example, Beaver Creek ski area, Eagle County Airport, Wal-Mart in Avon, etc. Note: Unlike Town of Vail's free in-town bus, ECO bus service to neighboring towns is not free, but is inexpensive. Walking: there is a pedestrian bridge across I-70 (the highway that gets you to Vail from Denver) not too far from my condo that will get you to Lionshead village. It's a nice walk (~1 mile), but not ideal when carrying skis, so I'd stick with bus or car if you're carrying equipment. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: VAILRENTALLIC.#STL000568

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.
Holiday rental reviews collected via the VRBO website (formerly Homeaway) and syndicated to the Tripadvisor website are not currently subject to Tripadvisor’s standard moderation processes.

Vail Studio
We were very pleased with our rental experience. The owner was responsive and sent a thorough and helpful informational brochure on Dropbox prior to our stay. The studio was perfect for our needs, was tastefully renovated and appointed, and a great location. We would definitely stay again and recommend this unit to others.
