This is a renovated house situated on a 14 acre in Litchfield County, CT. This is a 5 bedroom ( 1 king size bed, 3 queen beds, one bedroom is a dedicated office with a queen size air mattress), heated saltwater pool, hot tub, 2 outdoor dining area (one on deck, other on pool patio), jacuzzi in primary bathroom, wood burning fireplace.
350 mbps mesh wifi network, strong by the pool too.
Central AC/Heat.
Exterior floodlights with recording cameras. No interior cameras.
The space
Pool - Pool is undergoing major landscaping expected to be completed by mid September. Its fully functional however with heater available.
Pool - Pool is expected to close week of Oct 9th. The heater struggles to keep pool water at 78F when the weather outside is below 65F, but pool is available.
