Situated opposite Kames Bay beach (less than a minutes walk away), and a couple of minutes from Ninian play park. One bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen. Town centre is 5-10 minutes walk away. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with Freesat, and a Netflix subscription is inculded. There is seating for 4 people, and a folding dining table is placed at the window so that you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner while enjoying the spectacular sea views. WIFI (unlimited and free) available throughout the property. Towels and all linens supplied. Use of drying washing lines, a handy place for wet suits or swimming costumes to dry. Secure storage available in an outbuilding in the back garden for either luggage storage or bicycles. Folding camping chairs available (for beach use for example) can be borrowed on request (no charge). Private patio in back garden with tables/chairs and charcoal BBQ. Fire pit also available for use. Storage heaters for heating, they are also convector heaters for heating on demand. Suited to 3 people, or perfect for a couple.
