To the rear of the kitchen is a small utility area offering a fridge with ice compartment,microwave and washing machine. From the kitchen area you can access the enclosed rear garden via a set of concrete steps. Heading up the stairs,you will find three bedrooms,a double,a twin and a single. You will also find the bathroom with hand-held shower over the bath and WC,on this floor. The balcony area is a truly great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst watching as the boats come to and from,as well as offering spectacular views out to sea and towards Ilfracombe itself. Venturing outside to the beautiful tiered rear garden,which can be accessed via the kitchen or shared access. The first tier offers a small lawn area great for your four-legged friend. You will also find a very handy wet room with shower and WC,great for those days when you come straight off the beach. The second tier offers garden furniture and beautiful sea views whilst you dine al fresco. There are two off-road parking spaces which are located approximately 50 feet from the property. Please note neighbouring properties have right of way to access their own gardens if required,via a footpath at the back of the garden. More
