The Badger Sett is a tranquil hideaway located in the unspoilt north-eastern corner of the Lake District National Park and is our home-from-home. We use it as often as we can (with our two children and well behaved dog). In between times we invite you to come and enjoy it too. What a great place to get away from it all. With it's own gated entrance you know you're in for something special. This is probably the best equipped holiday let I've ever stayed in. The setting is lovely and the views at this time of year with all the Autumn colours are breathtaking. It has the advantage of being off the beaten track, but yet still being near enough to Keswick and all it's conveniences. We hAD A WONDERFUL 4 DAYS THERE.

We found the cottage to be ideal for our needs. We were all very happy sitting in the garden having a beer looking at the wonderful view and watching our three Staffies run around the garden. Every day the young bullocks from the farm next door came over to visit the dogs, which we thought was funny. We all loved...
