The spacious living room and dining area are the centerpiece for entertaining, along with the extended covered lanai, where you will view the magnificent water view/14th green in three directions.
The beautiful master bedroom also overlooks the water and 14th green.The master bath has his and her sinks, linen closet and step in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, one having a queen size bed, the other twins beds and tastefully decorated with coastal décor. All bedroom floors are carpeted.
The fabulous golf course clubhouse offers its residents a large resort style pool, fitness center, tennis, bocce ball, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, restaurant/pool grill/bar, spa, and our activities director plans many more activities you can choose to enjoy. Printed activities newsletter is available monthly.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and beach cart are in the home for your convenience. Bicycles are also in the home for cycling through the beautiful Hunters Ridge community.
Hunter’s Ridge of Bonita Springs Florida is conveniently located to our RSW regional airport, beautiful beaches, popular shopping, entertainment destinations and renowned restaurants. Photos are shown of the some of the amenities. There is also a Pheasant Hollow neighborhood pool located right across from our driveways. Our community has a minimum rental period of 3 months.

Almost everything is new and in good order. Wildlife interesting because of the lake just in front of the lanai and kitchen bay window on the second floor ! Safe environment in gated community but a little bit noisy because of roads nearby. We enjoyed our four month stay last year very much : expensive but worth our stay . Extensive paperwork at, mostly, the owner's benefit, better take insurance for your benefit ...
