Welcome to our Cocoa Beach Home, which is YOUR home during your stay, you can swim in the TROPICALLY HEATED POOL all year through due to our Top-Rated Pool Heater! The pool has large walk in steps with a wide shelf for paddling also a swim-out ledge, great for children! There's a large gas BBQ grill, a dining table, shaded by a tropical thatch umbrella, & reclining sun loungers, shaded by palm trees, great for adults! Your Beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful stay, it is also just a block away to the beautiful quiet untouched sands of Cocoa Beach. It is only a short walk to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, you can see the pier from the boardwalk at the end of our street! The spacious house is perfect for families, friends or colleagues to get together with more than 2300 sq. ft. of living space. From the moment you walk into the GREAT ROOM with its fantastic tall ceilings you’ll be greeted with its spacious open plan design with a TOP OF THE RANGE CHEF KITCHEN, with high quality expensive equipment & a large center island. There are Plantation Blinds on every window of the house which creates a wonderful light space, the dining area comfortably seats 12 with a suspension light setting the mood for a great meal. The lounge area has a huge, modern and very comfortable sofa with 2 recliners to really relax! There is a 65” 4k Smart TV where guests can log onto Netflix & browse the web, also full cable channels are provided, & a DVD player. The double French doors from the lounge overlook the private heated pool & garden. There is another lounging area with tasteful furnishings on the second floor, here there is a 32” HD TV & the latest XBox One. The oak stairway leads to the second floor with a massive Master suite bedroom with king-size bed and a sofa/bed (sleeps 2), large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A fabulous outdoor covered deck/balcony is accessed through French doors off the Master suite, here you can enjoy a cocktail, dine or just relax in the hammock & watch the sunsets! The further two large bedrooms each have a queen bed, there are also two twin beds in Bedroom 2, a modern full bathroom is adjacent. All 3 bedrooms are very large with walk in closets & flat screen TVs. The loft outside the three bedrooms has a comfortable futon that can sleep 2, the layout of this space has been created so that it can be a lounging/entertainment area and/or a sleeping area. The oversized washer and dryer is conveniently located off the loft in a laundry room. It literally takes only FIVE MINUTES to stroll to the BEACH from the house, it is also located close to supermarkets, restaurants and most things you'll need. Our Property Manager will always be available during your stay, we provide you with her contact details when we send out the Welcome Pack.

The house is located in the wonderful Barrier Island that is Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, in a peaceful neighborhood where the Ocean is only moments away and yet only an hours drive to Orlando with all of the magic of Disney!
Getting around
Even though you can easily walk to the beach, the Pier, the supermarkets, several restaurants, bars and some tourist attractions from the Beach house, it is still recommended that guests have a car as there is so much to do and see here. If you prefer to rent a car, Enterprise and Avis have outlets close by. The bus stop is less than a block away and the bus service covers the whole island.
