Private residence, and a peaceful area of the beach as well - never crowded. You will have a full kitchen for making meals, stocked with coffee, wine, and snacks, also many food delivery services in the area if you choose to go that route. Quiet and peaceful, family and retirees in the area, friendly and laid back.
