SabrinaRentals present, Villa Franca, Family-Home three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, located in SE Cape Coral close to Del Padro Blvd. This nice warm home has TVs in each bedroom and living room, air conditioner, washer, dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave. The Kitchen is fully equipped. We provide also bath towels, linen. The swimming pool is heated by solar panel, protect lots of lounging space, large BBQ Grill all surrounded with a lanai, protects the deck area. Villa Franca is close to many fine dining choices and shopping. Sanibel Island, Ft.Myers Beach, and Cape Coral Beach are nearby.
