The large living room furnished with comfortable reclining couches invites you to linger in front of the TV or enjoy a chat with friends and family. Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen has lovely granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for you to prepare memorable meals for your friends and loved ones. The dining area sits next to the kitchen and has seating for up to six guests. There is also an additional breakfast nook with seating for four with an idyllic view of the water. Both the dining area and breakfast nook provide you direct access to the spacious pool and lanai area. Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is found off of the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the pool through the glass sliders. The attached bathroom includes a walk-in shower; this bathroom also serves as a pool bath as it leads directly to the lanai. The walk-in closet perfect for your wardrobe and shopping treasures. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house for an added sense of privacy. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a desk available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home.
