This wonderful house is located in one of the best areas in Cape Coral. The Villa Cosima has been completely renovated and newly furnished. This villa will fulfill all your vacation expectations. It is a very charming, quiet villa, perfect for sunny and relaxing vacation. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A modern, very exclusive living area awaits you. From the kitchen and the diningroom you can see the sunny pooldeck with a very large pool. The boat dock is 40 m long and runs along the entire length of the property. Are you a boater? This place is only 2 minutes away from the river. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00. We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
