This gorgeous estate home is located in one of the most sought-after areas in Cape Coral called Peninsula Point. We are a 5 minute drive to the shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities Cape Harbor has to offer as well as that of Cape Coral and Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Comfortable décor includes 3 full bedrooms (plus an extra room with Sofa Bed) and 4 bathrooms; wall-mounted flat screen TVs in all bedrooms; full gourmet kitchen with gas range and sub zero refrigerator and freezer; wine fridge, beer fridges, formal dining room; in- kitchen informal dining; and topped off by the out-of-this-world patio, pool and spa area! Nice Vacation rental property
Older home and nice layout, great pool and dock area. Set up for large groups, lots of amenities. The master bedroom has a gym and spacious shower and bath. The owners just purchased the property a couple of years ago, and are getting it back to top condition. A few minor things did not work as expected but overall a very nice property. In a very Located in a very nice neighborhood and close to many good restaurants and shopping. good fishing from the dock. We would rent it again.

Close to everything but you won't want to leave -- this place has it all!
Every amenity is provided (a private gym? Seriously?!), and the sunsets from the lanai are to die for. We made an easy day trip to Sanibel Island, and there are good restaurants and shopping nearby. One day, we rented kayaks, had them delivered to the house, and paddled thru the mangroves right from the back dock. Lots of space and light; beautifully decorated. We were a small group but this place could easily accommodate two families.

Beautiful Florida Vacation Home With Lots of Amenities
Loved visiting here and enjoyed everything this property has to offer which is lots. You can stay here the entire time and completely have the ultimate vacation experience. But it is also close to Cape Harbor and local towns where there are excellent restaurants and shopping. Golf is close by as well. But once you get here you may not want to leave. Enjoy the waterfront pool, waterfall spa and the outdoor dining (with outdoor kitchen) and tiki bar. Also, a nice private gym and a sauna right there for after you workout. The boat access will allow a private rental company the ability to deliver a rental boat for your use for the day and Sanibel Island is a quick boat ride over. This home is perfect for families that want to share a vacation together. Beautiful décor and lots of light. Enjoy! I sure did.

Palms & Sunsets
The views were absolutely gorgeous, from the the time you woke up in the morning with having a full view of the canal & palm trees till the time you seen the sunset "breathtaking". The house had everything you would need in a home with beautiful palms on the property, awesome kitchen and a pool with a hot tub, too include a kitchen outdoors , grilling steaks and asparagus. I felt so at peace in such a serene environment, this home far exceeded our expectations.
So much to explore in Cape Coral itself, and then you have Sanibel Island with it's beautiful seashells on the beach and shopping, Fort Meyer's beach, which I found sand dollars , conks, enjoyed parasailing, & beach shops and seafood restaurants.

Fabulous Water
The nicest shower I have every been in. You can stand in the shower during the day and no one can see in and watch boats go by on the canal. Absolutely spectacular. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Very quite neighborhood and the sound from the various waterfalls is wonderful.
