Come share our dream condo located in the heart of Clearwater! Newly remodeled, the condo can accommodate up to 6. These spacious suite features two appointed, separate bedrooms.
The condo is only 3 miles away from the one of the most beautiful beach - Clearwater Beach. The condo it is on the third and last floor of a walkup inside the Avalon at Clearwater, a quiet gated community and features club house, heated pool, gym and free parking.
The condo itself is spacious and well laid out with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and the living room in between which provides lots of privacy.
The condo has high vaulted ceilings and has a balcony that is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather.
It Includes free 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, as well as TV service with HD channels.

2022 Clearwater Vacation
This was our second trip to Clearwater in the last 12 months and have stayed at the Royal Marina located at the Avalon at Clearwater during both visits. This is a lovely, spacious and super clean apartment that has all the vacation essentials and more. Cristian and Cristina have though of it all to make your stay most pleasant or in case you forgot to pack everything. The apartment is located minutes from the beach and has a shopping center that is walking distance across the street. On the first night, I forgot the parking access card at the apartment and the gate was closed when we arrived back home after a late dinner. I texted Cristian and he promptly had the gate opened, for us to enter. Every time I had a question and texted I received a prompt response. My family now calls this apartment our home away from home. My apologies for not posting a review after our first visit and I felt compelled to share what a great apartment this truly is. Thanks again Cristian and Cristina, we will be back again soon.

Avalon apartment - excellent
Hi - we stayed in the apartment for two weeks over the Easter period. The place was brilliant - it was in an ideal location within easy reach of the lovely beaches/just a short Uber c.$8 ride away. The local amenities (car hire, two great restaurants, supermarket etc) are within a 5-10 minute stroll. The apartment was clean, well equipped, great big beds and is a really great size for a family of four. The owners were also very helpful with the planning - every question was answered helpfully and the instructions for arrival, explanations on the various passes and locks needed were all meticulously explained. A lovely place and if we come to Clearwater again - we would definitely want to stay here again.

Comfort and style in Clearwater
The condo was more than what we could have ever expected sight unseen The location was central to everything and a short ride to Clearwater beach. The owners were extremely helpful and we never had a problem or question that they didn't attend to Everything in the condo was top of the line and well taken care of
,you could tell immediately that they took great care and pride in their property.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the area. This was also in my opinion a very good value for the price comparatively. I would definitely go back the next time I visit the area.

Great condo in an excellent location
Cristian and Cristina's place is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great and communication with the hosts was quick and easy. Would highly recommend staying there!

A perfect vacation home
We have just returned from a two week stay in beautiful Clearwater. The condo was perfect for our needs, extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need, with the washer and dryer an added bonus. The pool area was also lovely. Would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Abes Place restaurant was a short walk away and we visited this a couple of times - very good value. Beautiful Clearwater beach is about 3 miles away and we explored the coast from St Pete’s Beach to Honeymoon Island, every beach was stunning. We also had a Tampa Bay City Pass which was extremely good value to get access to Bush Gardens, Zootampa, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Marine Aquarium and MOSI science museum. We have taken away great memories of a fantastic vacation in beautiful Florida.

Excellent
Very well maintained condo (plenty of room for a family of 5). Grocery store Publix right across the street. Various things to do: about 15 min away from Pier 60 and Clearwater Beach; Sand Keys (beach for "locals") is about 20 min away. On our last day we went to Florida Botanical Gardens (about 15 min drive).

Great Place!
The condo was perfect and beautiful! Has all of the amenities you would need plus beach toys, beach chairs and a pack n play! The area around it was also nice and had a few stores across the road if you ever need to get anything. Perfect location only a quick trip to the beach!

Avalon at Clearwater condo
We loved the condo. Plus side: large clean pool, decor was updated,two bathrooms,gated, two bedrooms with total of 3 large beds,patio, no loud parties going on, most of the condo are owned by couples 45 to 70's year olds. We found American Legion Hall within a 10 min drive.Which had a lot activities going on. Shopping center across the street. (Grocery store).
Two tv's helps when we had our grandson there.
Downside was going over spring break. Traffic was awful. Next time it will be Jan. 40 steps up was hard for my husband . I am a walker so I looked at it as exercise. We are both 68 years old.
I talked to several owners and they all seemed to like their condo. I would rent it again.
Beaches are not as close as we wanted them to be but we were here for the 80 degree weather and visiting several friends.

The apartment complex itself is quiet and private with gated security. It has a huge resort style pool that is great for families. The fitness room is open 24/7. The complex provides a club house with a TV and kitchen for relaxation when at the pool.
The parking is free in the gated community. Renting a car or having one is recommended. Bus stop is nearby the apartment complex.
It is located across from a shopping center that includes a supermarket and other amenities. Restaurants like Abe's are within walking distance.

The complex is only 3 miles away from beautiful Clearwater Beach which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the Best Beaches in America.
It is conveniently close to Dunedin, Largo, Indian Rocks, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, areas of Florida which have lots of attractions and history.
