This vacation condo was made for family memories, with room for 10. When you walk out onto the balcony you look west out over the sand, the Gulf of Mexico and you can even see famous Pier 60. The location puts you within walking distance to many of the best shops and restaurants, so once you arrive you can leave the car and walk to all Clearwater Beach has to offer. For exercise, bicycle down the well-known Beach Walk or take in a game of tennis or golf in the many Clearwater locations. Enjoy one of the many water sports available such as swimming, jet skiing, Para-sailing, or deep sea fishing. Finally, imagine completing your day sitting on your private balcony directly in front of a gorgeous Florida sunset with drink in hand. There is wireless internet access available in the unit along with a washer and dryer. Complex has a heated pool and you will be provided one assigned parking space. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. Hall Bath - Formica Counter Tops, Combo Tub/Shower Carpet in the Sink Area and Tile in the Shower and Toilet Area Living Area - 2 couches for family seating, Ceiling Fan with Light, Flat Screen TV, Direct Access to the Balcony through Sliding Glass Door, View of the Beach and Gulf Seating for 6 Dining Area - Seating for 8, 4 Additional Bar-stools at the Breakfast Bar. The view was great....the condo was roomy enough for our family. Everything was good except needed more instruction on using TV in living room. Also needed more electrical outlets. We would stay here again. Had a great time.

Great Location and Just what we needed!

This condo was perfect for what we needed. There were 4 adults and 1 child. It has a great oceanfront view and we had awesome sunsets every night from our balcony. It was clean and came with all the dishes, glasses, cooking/baking pans, even a blender and lobster pots! My only complaint, if you call it that, was it is a bit 'tired'. It could use some sprucing up; tiles, counter top, furniture is a bit 'dated' and warn; but the view and casual beachfront vibe made up for that; so it was fine. Also internet access was slow and unreliable; even with my MIFI; that was frustrating. However, It was walking distance to shopping, nightlife and restaurants. They provide a couple rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, hand soap, bar body soap and dish soap to get you started, so you may want to bring some as well for when you run out. I would stay here again for sure!

Sometimes mutliple devices attempting to access the wifi make it misbehave which we can help the guests get past with a simple call. We are glad to hear they enjoyed the other features of this property!
