The condo is located on the top floor (3Rd floor), tastefully decorated with new furniture, new hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings in the main living area.
The condo offers two bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, a big kitchen that opens in a large space created by the dining room and the living room.
The first bedroom has king size bed, en suite bathroom, big walking closet and has direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has queen size bed, walking closet and is just the next door from the second bathroom.
In the living room there is a queen bed pullout sofa which gives the condo the possibility to easily accommodate a family of 6.
The communication and the entertainment are at your fingertips: a 55 inch flat screen HD TV, another smaller TV in the first bedroom, HD T...

The guests should fill up a Short Term Application form as requested by the Avalon Condominiums Association. This application will be sent to the guests 10 days before the arrival. This is mandatory.

Clean, comfortable, great accommodations with very responsive owner
This condo had it all. It was clean, at a good location, close by car to the beach. It had niceties like beach chairs and umbrellas.
The owner was very responsive to any questions. I had no issues at all. Would rent it again.

The apartment was clean and spacious and had excellent amenities. The only downside was its location in relation to the beach and we expected it to be closer. On a typical day it took around 25 mins to arrive at the beach

Regarding the driving time to the beach, as many other previous guests noticed, the location is ideal: only 10 minutes drive and you are on the most beautiful beach in the country. They are only three periods of the year when te drive is a little bit longer: end of June, the month of July and the Christmas-New Year's Eve time. These are the most in demand periods and the traffic is normal to be higher.

Great Beach Condo
Great location- beach is only 10-15 minutes away. My family enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend.

Comfortable and roomy!
This condo was just like the picture. There is plenty of room to relax, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking which was awesome because we prefer to cook rather than going out to eat all the time. It was great to be able to wash and dry your clothes so packing light worked out. The balcony was a nice place to chill in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. The pool was well maintained and had plenty of chairs to sunbathe. The gym has your basics for those who like to get in a workout. Going to the beach was just a short drive away, unfortunately, depending on when you go, traffic could be a bit slow. But the surrounding area by the beaches were filled with restaurants and shops.

AMAZING!!!
If I could give this a 10 Star rating I would!! This condo is incredible, we felt like we were at home, Convenient is not the word, you are so close to everything you will NEVER want to leave! Lilliana was an amazing host and always answered all our questions, The pictures don't do this one justice you need to book and see for yourself, we have already booked for the next 2 years here, it is like being at a resort!

Perfect condo !
The location is perfect. Near airport, near stores and groceries, pool, bâches and restaurants at Clearwater or St Peterburgh. The condo is cosy, good look and confortable. Very quiet place near all you want.

Great Gondo for Vaca
We recently stayed a week at Liliana's & it was perfect. There was plenty of space for us and our 3 kids. It's close to Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Sand Key and other beaches. The pool is very large and relaxing also.
The beds are comfy, having a washer/dryer was super convenient and Liliana was very helpful with recommending beaches and places to eat.
She provides you with goggles, snorkels, buckets, chairs, umbrellas, etc. You literally just need to pack you suits and beach towels! (We brought our own cooler, but found 2 of them there for our use.)
We really liked the gated aspect of this property, always felt safe and the neighbors were all very nice and stopped to chat with us about where we were from, what beaches we'd tried, places to eat, etc. We'd definitely stay again!

This place was awesome!!! The condo was very clean, everything you need for a vacation. The condo was close to everything the beach, grocery store, big lots, Dollar tree all around everything and let's not forget a lot of places to shop and eat!!! I give this a 5 star for all around great people to work with...will book again!!!
