The home is located in the gated community of Weston Hills, just off Hwy 27 in Clermont. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway and still close enough to enjoy all the theme parks and other attractions, this is your ace in the hole! Newly renovated in 2022 under new ownership who have continued to update and make it a very comfortable home away from home.

Overpriced and poorly maintained
This was my worst experience ever with a vacation rental and I'm not sure if the owners or management company is to blame here. We'll start at the gate. There is a new security system in place that basically leads to a long wait at the security gate to be allowed entrance. As a "guest" you are not permitted to enter freely by obtaining a code or pass as you might expect. When we arrived the house was not ready as the housekeeper was still working on the floors. The pool was a disaster. It had not been cleaned, there were no lounge chairs, several screens were ripped allowing debris to enter and there was visible algae on the lining of the pool. The bed in the master bedroom was detached from the headboard, lighting in the living room was very poor, the condition of the sofa and loveseat was horrible, the mattresses in all rooms were noisy and hard, the toaster didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work, the washing machine smelled of mildew, there was a weird neighbor who wouldn't speak and only glared at us, the main clubhouse/pool/playground was for permanent residence only and the wifi would not stay connected. It was very dangerous to enter and exit the resort from a busy roadway. Many of our issues were addressed by the management company (many were not) and we did receive a small refund for the inconveniences. It is quite obvious by what the owners charge for this rental that they are all too happy to take your money while not interested in your comfort, amenities or upkeep of the home.

Many issues with this rental
Our family was looking forward to a nice vacation, relaxing in the pool. We were told we could pay extra to have the pool heated, we advised them of this ahead of time but we were not told they don't turn the heat on till you arrive and it takes up to 48 hours to fully heat. So we miss 2 days of a heated pool. We also realized it was not heating up so we had to make many phone calls to have this fixed which took more time out of our vacation! Plus having internet not working, outside of home looks nothing like the picture, management doesn't seem to sympathize with you at all, needs alot more TLC! They are supposed to do an inspection prior to new people renting which I don't believe this was ever done!

looking forward to coming back in the future. made sure I told all my friends about the beautiful rental. love the area and the homes there. would love to relocated.

A HOTEL IS BETTER
This home is not worth the money. There are no pots and pans to really cook a full meal. The carpet was filthy. There wasn't even a sink stopper to make dish water to wash dishes. You'd be better off getting a suite hotel. I checked out and got a refund.

Very sorry to hear about your experience, we do urge our guests to contact us if they have any issues on arrival and you did. We offered to clean the carpets the very next day and pots and pans were dropped off. A hotel room does not compare to the space and comfort you will have in a vacation rental but every guest has their preferences and staying in a vacation rental is not for everyone. We do not allow for refunds but in this case the reservation was done with a travel agent very last minute and they offered the refund their end to avoid having an unhappy guest.

The house was the best part!!
I was very pleased with the stay, I loved the house. It was nice to be able to have a "house" to come home to everyday after running around! The only thing I would suggest to make it better is if they would have at least one bottle of cleaner and a couple more trash bags left there for the renters, Im a neat freak and was wiping the counters down everyday and was wishing I would've had cleaners. There was sugar ants all in the kitchen, had a man come and sprayed but didn't get rid of all them

Glad you enjoyed the home, we dont leave cleaning products in the vacation rentals as this can be a hazard to children and also a guest may be allergic to certain products. We understand that it would be very convenient for most but there is always a guest that may have issues so we prefer not to leave these in the homes as they become a liability,

Best Spring Break Ever!
This was the most relaxing vacation I have yet to have. The property was very gorgeous and very clean. The entire house was spacious. Everyone was very satisfied with the rooms. The location was in a very quiet community and there were no disturbances throughout our stay. We were within minutes of all the theme parks. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. I felt like I was at home. I am very satisfied with this property and would defiantly stay again and invite others to rent from Eagle Management.

The house was just as we expected and our kids spent so much tim
The pool was a big hit with our 4 and 6 year old. The house was spacious and clean. It is located in a quiet neighbor, but a little out of the way. Our only complaint is that the living area was carpeted and got wet from our frequent trips in from the pool.

Thanks for the comments, we also wish all vacation rentals had tile! but most have carpets and the running in and out of the pool is what sometimes makes the carpets get worn quicker. Glad you had a great time.

Delightfull experience
The pool home was comfortable, well apointed and equipped. The few items that needed attention were taken care of quickly by the management.

Wonderful Location!!!
This rental home is located in a lovely gated community, a very quiet and safe area. Great location. We enjoyed the beautiful, clear/clean pool & spa and the wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The home has seen use but was clean and bug free. Negative: the sofas/chair in the living room were too soft and uncomfortable..

Swimming outdoors in December & January!
We have never stayed in a Vacation Home before, now we will definitely do so again! We really enjoyed the privacy, the extra space, the feel of home but still on vacation, the centralness of the location. We learned that you definitely need a vehicle. We really enjoyed the spa and pool, but the water could have been warmer. We can't wait to go Vacation Homing again!
