To the rear of the home there is a large master suite with a king bed and pool access. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with an enclosed bath, dual sink vanities, WC and shower. There are 3 additional bedrooms that share another full bath. Great for two families with a central living area and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each side. One Queen bedroom with private pool access and two twin bedrooms with 4 twin beds in total, sleeping a maximum of 8 guests total. For guest convenience there is a full size, interior washer and dryer and Air conditioning throughout the home. Exit the stunning family lounge through sliding patio doors onto the spacious pool deck with screened lanai and sparkling swimming pool. The pool deck is fully furnished with chaise lounges for sunning and a table and chairs for dining. The garage has been converted into a games room complete with Table Tennis, Foosball & Pool tables. Perfect for entertaining all the family! Two of the bedrooms and the family room feature smart TV’s and there is high-speed wireless internet service throughout the home. Local telephone service is also available. The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers, car seats and high chairs for your convenience during your stay. Any additional requirements can be arranged upon request. Set within the heart of this desirable community, just minutes from the attractions ‘Magical Memories Villa’ offers privacy and all the modern comforts you will need for the most memorable vacation! Located in Glenbrook Resort, just off high way 27 this home offers all of the amenities you desire for your vacation with a location 20 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall. US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and restaurants that are too numerous to mention! You will never run out of things to do and you will be only minutes away from your peaceful vacation home haven at Glenbrook. Other things to note Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags
