My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

Nice interior decorations and very clean
Stayed here for my nephew's graduation with extended family members and everything was great especially the pool being on a lake. Highly recommend.

5 star all the way!!
This place was amazing!! My whole family agree that was best trip so far. The house is better than the pictures. Spotless and pride of ownership definetly shows. Very spacious with lots of room for privacy. The pool and hot tub was very clean and maintained.Nikki was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure all our needs were met. We will re book for sure next time south!!! 5 star!!!

Perfection!
Last May my family stayed at this beautiful home for my sons graduation. Nikki spared no attention to detail! She met my expectations and she went above! The house was beautiful inside and out! Nikki was always a phone call away! If I ever need a home to gather my family in again.. this is the place to be!

One of the Very Best!!!!
Our family of 10, including great grandma, just can't say enough about this house, as well as the wonderful host. The home is clean, comfortable, and furnished nicely. The rooms are furnished beautifully, the kitchen is well stocked, and the space is great for large families. There are two bedrooms down that were perfect for great grandma who we didn't want to have to go up and down stairs; as well as four upstairs! The pond is great for fishing and the neighborhood is beautiful. We visited the clubhouse where we met the nicest lady who was so very helpful in sharing what all is available. There is an alarm on the pool sliding door to keep your little ones safe. We had teenagers in our group also, so the game room was a welcome deterrent from their cell phones! I can't say enough about the host. Nikki checked in on us, communicated promptly, and shared information about the accommodations and local area. As an airbnb host myself, I appreciated the communication and professionalism! We will be back! Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us and helping make our family vacation/reunion the best!

I am so pleased to have been able to speak with you while you were down there to answer your questions and know "great-grandma" had settled into the house and utilized the well stocked kitchen so much! Indeed there is so many things to do aside from Disney. I'm glad I could give you more suggestions to add to the fun you all had! We are extremely hands on to ensure nothing is over looked. About the neighbourhood
After renting a different house ourselves, we loved the concept of the private house and pool after a long day in the parks vs a public hotel & pool with more screaming kids! The house we stayed in was a bit small, and much older than this one. It was quite a bit further to Disney than this one.
Thus we decided to start our house hunt! After searching through about 15 houses and 6 different communities.. Glenbrook came out on top every time!! Its a very well manicured community, with high standards, and an 'HOA', which means the neighbors also have to abide by the same rules and yard maintenance, so there is never a house that is badly run down, nor any safety issues, or the awful feeling of unwanted people lurking around! There is also a 24hr community camera surveillance system through out the streets, thus no need for the pesky gated entrances which can be a real pain when they wont open after a long day in the parks!! Another reason we picked this community..it is a smaller community, and it has sidewalks for that morning stroll! The streets are also line with picturesque palm trees, which surprising enough... many other suburbs do not have!
We as the owners cant wait to hear the feedback from our guests as they experience their trip of a lifetime!! We have also taken our experience and tweaked this villa to have the things we felt could have been improved on in the house we staying in! You should feel right at home while in our villa, and we encourage you to RELAX... just as we did!
Getting around
It is very simple to get anywheres! The 27 highway adjacent to us, leads north and south, meets up to the 192.
The 192 highway is the main highway to head to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and all the gift shops!
Off the 192 you will have a few intersections which carefully lead onto the other freeways, like the I4 to Orlando (Sea World, Universal), or World Drive (Disney freeway), its all clearly marked and easy to get to!

How to get there
We are very centrally located in Florida, only 9 miles to Disney World, 18 miles to SeaWorld, 21 miles to Universal Studio, and just over a hour to most beaches!
We are super easy to get to!! We are just a couple miles north off the main192 highway (Irlo Bronson) that connects to all the main freeways, 528, I4 etc, The 192 is also the main roadway between Kissimmee, Celebration, Four Corners (where we are). Its a breeze! The 192 is where all the gift shops, box stores, restaurants are.. the ones one the 192 are just abit more populated with tourists than the ones right beside us. I prefer to eat in the less populated ones, but that's up to you!
Just prior to arrival I will send you a detailed list of travel instructions, and "cheat notes" for easier travel if you get turned around.
