It was our dream to be close to the big body of water and wake up with the Florida sun shining in my window. The palm trees around and the smell of ocean air make me smile... I feel happy...
The condo is located in a quiet oceanfront complex. It is on the ground floor level. Just open the door and take a few steps you are on the beach. This condo has been updated with a new tile floor and contemporary furniture. It is a corner unit just a few steps to the beach, one of the best locations in the complex. Exclusive gated beach access. The community offers a solar heated pool, tennis court, barbecue, and shuffleboard.
The master bedroom has a new king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. We have a pull-out couch in the living room. Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full...

Great view and place to rest up.
This spot turned out to be better than what I expected my husband decided to get a place closer to the beach instead of booking a room at Walt Disney World. I think the price is just about right and fair. Its a great location to bring in the family but its a long way to get to Disney which is a downer to drive all the way up there. close to a 2 hour drive.

I don't know what route was used to get to Disney World, but the condo is 48 min to Orlando airport and about an hour to Disney. Thank you for the review, but I don't think your family was staying at our condo as it wasn't rented in June 2016.

Wonderful stay and great location
This is the best location in the entire Cocoa Beach: a walking disctance to Ron Jon, Surf Museum, Cocoa Beach Pier, Dinosaur Muuseum and Shop (great for kids!), Lighthouse Cove mini golf, all restaurants (Florida Seafood, Brano's, Waffle House), supermarket (2 blocks away!), Dollar Store... The condo is literally a few steps to the beach. There is a private access to the ocean and the beach. The owner provides a special key that also works for the pool, tennis court and to the area with charcoal grill and picnic tables. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was enough space for all four of us (2 adults and 2 children). We spent fabulous two weeks at the condo.

Great place,very clean and bright
Had a wonderful time staying here pool is a 1 minutes walk, beach is two minute walk. It is a great place call home. Orlando is a 1 hour drive, if you are not going to Orlando you would not even need a car all amenities are within walking distance. Complex is very clean and well kept shuffle boards,tennis court ,charcoal bbq, pool is heated,Thanks you very much had a great time
