Our 2 Bed 2.5 Bath Town Home is superbly located in the popular community of Legacy Park and offers the perfect home for those seeking accommodation for smaller groups.
With an open plan living and dining area boasting plenty of seating and a TV, this air conditioned home is spacious, bright and practically furnished with comfort in mind at an affordable cost. The quaint dining room has seating for six and is a great place to enjoy a meal.

Arrived (04.27.24 - 4:30 pm) to find a car on the drive - we thought we were in the wrong place or that we had been conned. The two people inside turned out to be the cleaners - they said they weren’t informed of our booking and that they had done a deep clean because the previous occupiers had left the house in a terrible state and that had taken them some time. We left our suitcases with them and drove a short way to get something to eat whilst they finished off.
On our return we were horrified to find that we couldn’t open the main bedroom door. I called one of the numbers on the contact list but as it was out of hours the lady wasn’t any help at all. My husband eventually opened the door using our car key. The bed was extra large but very uncomfortable - after a couple of nights we removed the sponge topper and that made it a little better to sleep in.
It was very hot and I had to adjust the temperature of the air conditioning.
The tv’s were difficult to manage, the leads weren’t connected and they weren’t tuned in. Limited channels and they kept fading out.
The blinds were tatty and some of the slats were missing, there were no plugs for the sinks, most of the lamps didn’t work, the worktops and cooker top was black/burned and the refrigerator didn’t make ice.
On the plus side the showers are good, I was able to have a soak in the bathtub, sofas and dining table and chairs were new and quite classy. Overall the cleaning crew had done a magnificent job and lastly if you get up early, you’ll see bunnies in the garden at the back!
Fairly disappointed with the place - probably wouldn’t return.

Thank you for your review Tracy, however, we would like to address a few points mentioned in your review. Firstly, we apologize for the confusion upon your arrival. Our records show that you arrived before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM, which is why the cleaning crew were still on-site. You state on your review you arrived at 4.30 but our smart lock system shows you arriving before 4pm which is why the home was not ready for you. Regarding the issue with the bedroom door, we regret that this caused you inconvenience. However, I have checked all messages and can’t see where you reported this to us during your stay, and we were therefore unaware of the problem until reading your review. We encourage guests to report any issues immediately so we can resolve them promptly. Our contact list includes a 24-hour helpline, and we strive to assist our guests at all times. All phone calls are logged and recorded. Had you reported any of the other issues you raised we could have had them looked at for you asap, whats even more annoying is that we actually reached out to you to see how your stay was going to which we received no reply, On a positive note, we are glad to hear you enjoyed the showers, bathtub, new furniture, and the charming view of the garden with its morning visitors. We take pride in these aspects of our property and are pleased they met your expectations.

The Town at Legacy has its own communal swimming pool and spa and is literally 1 mile from Berry Town Centre Shopping Complex which houses a Publix Supermarket, an Applebee's Bar and Grill as well as other shops bars and restaurants.
The close proximity to 192 also means you have a larger choice of restaurants only 5 minutes away with easy access to all of the Orlando area theme parks and Disney is in fact just 7 miles away.
If you are a golfer of any level you will be pleased to know that there are over 17 golf courses within a 10 mile radius.
