4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in a private community: Westbury.
Beautiful home has 4 bedrooms total, 2 Master suites, one with it's own entrance to the pool area and spa.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, led tv and a lovely,spacious, en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed ,led tv, en suite bathroon too
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 twin beds and a led tv. There is a complete third bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (fridge/freezer with icemaker, regular and microwave oven, waste disposal, all cookware and utensils) so you can prepare a full meal,if required,and there is a really useful laundry area with a clothes washer and dryer to help you keep the laundry under control.

The BBQ is provided as a convenience to our guests, provided the BBQ is left cleaned at time of departure. Gas will not be provided.
Air Conditioning: The fan switch should be set at Auto, the temperature switch to cool and the thermostat lever positioned with its center at the desired temperature, usually between 73 and 80 during the spring, summer and autumn. If you set temperature below 73 degrees and temperature outside is high you will run the risk of freezing the AC .
