a very comfortable stay.
This home is very comfortable. Move in ready. The office staff, housekeeping, pool crew and grounds crew were not only friendly but extremely helpful and considerate. It is in need of some minor repairs, alarm system, paint chips etc but nothing that in anyway hampered or inconvenienced us. The entire neighborhood is bright and well kept. Davenport is close to all of the area attractions and a hours drive to either coast. We have already recommeded Eagle Management Villas to our friends and family. We will certainly be returning.

Very Relaxing
The house was beautiful. This is my fifth or sixth time renting a house in Florida and this was by far the best one I've stayed in. I'm retaining all the information for it in hopes that it will be available again next year as I would like to stay in this house again.

fun with friends,nonstop.
place was great with all the goodies.great pool,great house. rooms are clean,my bathroom(master) was more than ample in size and appointments.tv sets are everywhere and the game room added fun inbetween outings. eagle management needs to be less business like and more suited to a personal touch. over all i rate the vacation home a strong 9.

Our Third stay was as good as the others
We were very happy with our third stay at this vacation home. The pool/spa area is totally secluded from the rest of the neighbors but still has a great veiw of the preserve. Any and all requests have been taken care of by the management company of this home in a timely manner. Our family will be back soon.

First Disney Vacation with Family
We loved this place! Great service from Eagle Management. The house was absolutely amazing. Loved the screened-in privacy pool. Beautiful rooms and spacious living/dining room. Comfy kitchen. Wish we didn't "have to" keep the thermostat at 75 degrees or higher, though. Glad to have free wireless access.

Thanks for the comments and we are glad you enjoyed your stay at the house and our service, we unfortunately have to keep a cover on the thermostats because we need to protect the owners property and although I am sure you would not have abused the system some guests are not as respectful as others.

Very pleasent
The house is in perfect conditions, with very few exceptions: The rug is not very clean and the kitchen fawcet is loosen.

If you like your privacy
Our family had a great at this house. Even though you have houses right beside you this house has privacy screens around the pool area on both sides with conservation view in the back which is great. When we did have an issue the management company came right out. We will be back soon.

Nice home.
We really enjoyed this house. We were especially pleased that the owner seem to go out of their way to make it a more pleasant experience with little things like movies, books, music CD's, and board games. We had a little trouble with the pool heat. We were finally able to get the pool warm enough but never was able to get the hot tub temperature up even with Eagle Managments recommendations. The only other complaint would have to be the beds. The mattress quality was lacking to say the least, but we were so exausted after such full days that it was a minor issue. The location worked out really good. Overall, we were pleased with our choice to rent the house.

Good to know you enjoyed the home, I too wish all the vacation homes would have pillowtop mattresses but most of the furniture packages come with basic beds. I will definitely let the owners know anyways. Hope to see you back in our homes. thanks

We were extremely happy with this property!
We rented this house for our trip to Disneyworld. The 4 bedrooms were perfect
for my husband and I, 4 kids and my Mom. The pool was great and the game
room kept the kids busy when we were finishing the preps for each day at the
parks. We all had plenty of room to spread out without stepping on each
other's toes. The management office was excellent during the reservation
process and when I had to coordinate the return of something we left behind
after our trip. Our only complaint was that with as many people as we had in
the house, we quickly ran out of paper products and there were no extras
available. We highly recommend this property! Thank you!
