Welcome to the Sunset Villa in Marbella North, one of central Florida’s premier gated resort communities. Ideally located just minutes away from the Disney and Universal Studios theme parks, our home is a minimum 7 day rental and it provides everything you’ll need on your next trip to the Sunshine State. As you enter our home, you’ll be greeted by a sense of luxury, relaxation and tranquility. Soaring vaulted ceilings and an open concept layout provide the perfect setting for leisure and entertainment. Sleeping accommodations are divided between the first and second floors. On the main floor, you’ll find a magnificent master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large ensuite and a private screen door that leads to our pool area. As you enter our home, you’ll be greeted by a sense of luxury, relaxation and tranquility. Soaring vaulted ceilings and an open concept layout provide the perfect setting for leisure and entertainment. Sleeping accommodations are divided between the first and second floors. On the main floor, you’ll find a magnificent master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large ensuite and a private screen door that leads to our pool area. On the upper floor, you’ll find a second master that features an indulgent queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite. Our three other bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, a double, and a mickey/minnie-styled twin room that children will be delighted to sleep in. All of our bedrooms come with Tvs and cable. Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need to prepare poolside snacks or a gourmet dinner, while our bright and airy family room is the perfect place to unwind after a day spent exploring all that Florida has to offer. You can watch your favourite movie on our large, high-definition television, or simply relax while enjoying a drink. And that’s not all! Step outside and sample the joys of poolside living. Our spacious patio is appointed with a selection of tables, chairs and loungers for your complete comfort, while the lush, tropical landscaping provides all the privacy you’ll need. Our screened in backyard is ideal for enjoying a refreshing swim or a therapeutic session in our adjoining spill-over spa. Optional pool / spa heat is available at an additional cost Our west-facing backyard means sunshine from late morning, afternoon and of course you’ll always have the perfect view of the sunset, while pool lighting makes it perfect to dine al fresco under the stars. Located on a quiet court, our home has no front or backyard neighbours. It is truly an private oasis! Our home also boats many extra features, including complementary high-speed Internet, a generously equipped games room which includes pool and air hockey tables, and a private community tennis court that is the envy of many neighbouring resorts. You will be spoiled for choice! Many attractions are available for your Florida vacations! Some of Florida's world renowned beaches are not to far away. Travel west to Clearwater Beach. Known for its namesake clear waters and soft, white sand, where you can relax and take in the sun. Travel east to Cocoa Beach, known for its calm, consistent waves and shallow water, it's the perfect place for beginners to learn to surf and catch the waves.
