This is very much the hub of the home and a great place to simply unwind or enjoy a movie together The Kitchen is high end, modern and fully equipped to cater for all your needs. Ideal for a quick breakfast or lunch at the breakfast bar it’s also the perfect place to socialise with your guests while preparing the evening meal The Dining Area with seating for 8 guests just oozes elegance and is another lovely addition to the home. A place to enjoy some home cooking and catch up with the family after a day at the parks or shopping malls over a glass of wine or 2 Games Room – This is a real bonus for all guests to have some fun with its Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball and is somewhere you will have endless hours of family friendly competition Outside Area - The pool has a South facing aspect and the pool deck is a good size with a fantastic pool and spa. There are several sun loungers for you to enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine and a covered Lanai area with a dining table and chairs The Bedrooms are beautiful with contemporary interiors that give a real sense of luxury. They are both spacious and comfortable and of the standard you would expect in a 5* hotel. These are all the perfect haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day Bedroom one (downstairs) this room has a beautiful King-Sized bed with black and white feature artworks and white furnishings throughout. Modern, bold and spacious it has a TV and an en-suite with bath and separate shower plus vanity basin unit. You have access from the en-suite onto the pool area for this bedroom Bedroom two (upstairs) has a cool, calming feel with its white wooden furnishings and mix of white and blue soft furnishings. This room has a TV and an en-suite with walk in shower and double vanity basin Bedroom three (upstairs) has a relaxing feel, with pale lemon soft furnishings. This room also has a TV and an en-suite with walk in shower and vanity basin Bedroom four (upstairs) has two twin beds, it is stunning and modern and an ideal space for friends, siblings or cousins to share. This room has a TV and access to a shared bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and double vanity basin Bedroom five (upstairs) this Disney themed room has bunk beds (bottom is a full, top is a single) and is a fantastic space to really fell part of the whole Disney experience. This room has a TV and access to a shared bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and double vanity basin The Loft area is another fabulous addition to the home, with its huge cosy sofa and TV and is another great space to keep the children amused, chill and watch a movie, that nights ball game or just simply hang out and relax PLEASE NOTE - POOL HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE Resort Facilities: The resort facilities are run by a third party Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities Policies - Full guest list required 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more - Must be at least 28 years old to book - Photo ID required before check-in - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is required to heat the spa - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot. - Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading - Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room) - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing

It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores
