It was designed as a warm, inviting place with friendly neighborhoods fostering a sense of community. The beauty of nature has been preserved as well – more than half of Providence will be conservation and green areas.
A family-oriented Fitness and Aquatic Center, featuring state-of-the-art exercise equipment and a separate activities room.
A championship 18-hole golf course privately owned and operated with an elaborate Golf Clubhouse, with a golf shop and restaurant with seating for up to 54 inside 20 outside.
Two swimming pools – a resort-style pool with plenty of lounge chairs for guests; there is, also, a lap pool for exercising.
Lighted tennis courts.
Limited access entries with manned gatehouses.
Wide sidewalks for safe bicycling, jogging and walking to the Golf and Recreation Center.
*** PLEASE NOTE: Starting May 1st, 2024, a daily fee of $10 per adult (children under 16 free) will be charged by the HOA for pool and gym access. Renters can choose to pay a weekly fee of $40 instead of the daily fee in cash or by check during check in at the Front desk. Additionally, each rental visitor receives one complementary pool and gym usage. Access to tennis courts and the children's playground remains free.
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days. Pool heating is recommended from October through May. The guest is responsible for providing propane gas for the BBQ.
