Our beautiful Tuscan-style villa is situated on the gated community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's most impressive communities. Set in an it's own impressive courtyard, your home is different to other homes in Florida.
Located close to Disney, and close to all the local shops and amenities there really isn't a better location in the Orlando area.
We have large pool area with hot tub, and you are not overlooked by another home, so plenty of privacy! We have a safety fence to keep younger guests safe.
Our 2 storey villa is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and is ideal for parties of up to ten people. The living room is open plan and very spacious leading to the dining area and kitchen. Great for families who like to congregate round the breakfast bar and plan the da...

Wonderful Villa Close to Disney!
We enjoyed our stay immensely, it was comfortable for our whole family and a short drive to the parks. Garry was wonderful about any issues/questions and always easy to contact! The pool was fantastic for down days and the large soaking tub was perfect for a sore aching mom who was drug for miles through ride after ride 🤣 This is a perfect fit for our family and we cannot wait to stay again in the future!

Beautiful villa in a great location
We stayed at the villa in December 2018, and loved it! It really felt like a home away from home.
The villa is in a great location with easy access to all the theme parks and attractions. The house is tastefully decorated and the playroom is fantastic.
I was impressed by the security systems at the villa, which included intruder alarms and an alarm on each of the external doors.
The owners really have thought of everything, we loved the little touches such as the children's costumes in the wardrobe, DVDs and books. Ths owners are very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay special.
Many thanks for our wonderful stay. Would recommend 10/10

Excellent villa would definitely recommend
Villa was really nice and clean. Very spacious. In good location and plenty of shops/restaurants close by. Ann and Gary were also very friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. Always happy to answer any questions we had. Will defiantly be returning in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic villa
This was our first time booking a private villa and we would have no hesitation staying here again Gary and Ann were amazing lots of emails and texts to make sure the whole process went smoothly and offered lots of information and answered any questions we had. On arrival everything went smoothly no problem with gates alarms etc thanks to their detailed instructions. The villa was amazing lots of space and furnished really well, the pool was one of the best we have had so clean and nice and private. I could say lots more but I think it speaks volumes when people are happy to stay here again and we would love to. Hope to be back soon 😊

3rd visit with the 4th one already booked!
This is the 3rd time our family have stayed at this fabulous Tuscan Hills home and we are already on countdown for our next visit.
The home is in an excellent location for all the parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer and the owners are perfect to deal with. They make the booking process as easy as possible and are prompt when responding to any queries you may have while you are out there.
Having stayed there three times now I would highly recommend that you don’t over pack. Make use of the facilities the home has and buy a box of detergent pouches from the Super Walmart that is only 5 mins away. This will save you taking too many clothes (which everyone does) and allow for the space you will need in your bags after a visit to the nearby outlet malls.
Also, make sure you use the huge fridge/freezer the home has enabling you to bring leftovers home from restaurants thus saving you money on lunch for the day after. We highly recommend Diromio’s which is 2 mins away on Highway 27.
We find the home perfect for what we call a villa day which is just what you will need after running around the parks for a couple of days in a row.
Whether there’s 4/6 or 10 of you this home is perfectly located for a first time or return visit to Orlando and you and your family will not be disappointed.

Excellent villa.
Stayed with my family in August for a week. Fantastic villa, modern and spacious with great facilities. Ideally located only 15/20 minutes from Disney. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Villa - all we could have hoped for
Our third time to Orlando but first to Garry's beautiful home.
Location was great, a few minutes to the huge Walmart at Clermont, and the vast number of restaurants on the 192.
The fantastic pool area was very spacious with a great open aspect. We saw squirrels and even the local buzzards out on the grass beyond. It was hard to pull the kids away to visit the theme parks!
A very well equipped villa with everything you could possibly need already provided. The big comfortable sofas in the lounge with the large TV were perfect to relax in in the evenings after a busy day.
Bedrooms were very spacious and had more than enough storage.
Great communication from Garry the owner before, during and after our stay - nothing was too much trouble.
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of space for a large family (or 2), we loved this villa and hope to book again in the future.

Once again Brillient holiday location.
Me and all my family stayed at the Villa back in 2008 and loved the place so much we tried to book on a number of occasions- but fully booked for the years/dates I wanted (not surprised!). Managed to stay July/August 2018 again. Once again not disappointed. Still well maintained/kitted out, spacious, great location, not forgetting to mention the pool and games room with lots of things for the kids. I better get booking for next time.

Good Family Villa
We stayed at closer to the magic for 2 weeks good location to the U27/192 good pool good family villa only negative showing full size cot but only had small travel cot not really adequate for 2 week stay with a small baby.

Luxurious villa!!!
2nd stay here and even more beautiful than i remembered. Highly recommended and so close to everything eg airport, universal, disney, waterparks, boggy creek, gatorland, walmart and shopping centres. Can't wait to stay here again. There's not enough words to explain how truly stunning this home is

About the neighbourhood
We are one mile south of Cagan's Crossing with many local amenities, including 123 Dollar for consumables, barber shop, Greek restaurant, sports bar, coffee shop and a UPS station.
Sports lovers will love the Community parks a half mile from the villa where you can jog, walk, play tennis, squash, baseball, football and fish.
For eateries, we are a half mile from Applebees and Chinese Wok, (our personal favourite), and Publix, all on Berry Town Center.

Follow North Exit to International Drive, and then I4 Highway heading West. At Junction 55 head North for five miles until you pass Publix. Tuscan Hills is a half mile further on your right. I made it sound simple....and it is....
