Also please note our home is on average 50% bigger then all other homes in the Disney area, and we are all but 10-15 mins away from Disney World!
Our home is decorated with love as we have love to have the family over and we believe vacations should be magical.
We also unlike most others offer NO BOOKING FEE, yes that’s 15% less since we pay all the fees so shop around and see, we offer more for less!
As for amenities , we are close to everything , Target, Publix, Restaurants and Pubs, all within a couple of miles from the house !
Also a popular question , we are south west with sun over us ALL DAY, so sunbathe away (we also have a self serve bin of all your favourite sun creams, just in case you forget yours:)

It does not get any simpler then this, once you reserve your dream Disney vacation we will send you a temporary door code access, being our home is fully automated they outdoor and indoor lights will be on already so no stress if your flight got delayed, you can access anytime! On top of this you have Jose our friend and property manager to answer any questions or take care of any issues that may arise.

Great
This house was beautiful it was big enough for everyone. We loved the pool. And the family time we shared with our love ones. The parks were close to us. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean the kitchen was stock with everything we needed.Great vacation will come again.

Promised but not Delivered
Based on all the previous reviews we were expecting to be wowed with this property however it was a huge disappointment in every way.
The home has the potential to be a fabulous home away from home but there needs a lot of attention paid to the little details before that happens.
There is NO cable television or telephone service in the home with Netflix your only option. Several of the remotes for the tvs or blue ray did not work as the batteries needed replacement and a HDMI cord to connect the blue ray to the tv. Linens for everyday use were in small supply or non existent. The overall cleanliness of the entire home left much to be desired. We had to visit a Laundromat during the last four days of our stay as the washer was outdated and finally gave out.The dishwasher is in poor repair.
I could go on and on but hope you get the understanding of my message.
There are 100's of properties to choose from when looking for a vacation home and I would suggest you continue your search. The Owner, Frank, was less than cooperative and lacked any genuine concern/

Hi Donald and Barbra,
We’re really sorry to hear that the home wasn’t to your standards, I too use Airbnb and other platforms when I vacation, we alll have our different standards, unfortunately this didn’t work out for you.
Our reliable Matag finally died, yes it happens, it worked fine for close to 20 years, we got a new one in 72 hours which was the earliest Best Buy could come, for the cleaning we did bring this to to our managers attention, unfortunately if I could I would go more often to have the place tip top.
Again I’m truly sorry that the washing machine broke down, the TV set up are as stated with fire stick but from the feedback the last couple of rentals I will be rectified soon. It’s crazy that the last 2 guests weren’t happy, we thought we were doing a good job till now but looks like we have to do much better.
My wife and I are flying in next week to clean and go over all the details.
We hope you consider us in the future, I promise I will make it perfect or it will be free.

Flies in the Refrigerator and poor Maintenance
This house looks fabulous on the web/tripadvisor but when we arrived we were extremely disappointed to say the least. The house hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests had left. Beds still had the previous occupants linen left on them and unmade, used towels were lying around the upper floor, litter bins were full and although all food/drink was taken, there were dead flies in the refrigerator(how this can happen is unbelievable).
As there is no telephone in the Villa we had to find a way to contact the owners, which eventually ended with a call from our UK mobile at a cost to us (for incoming/outgoing calls) to try and contact the owner which was not at all straight forward. We were left hanging on the line and then eventually asked if we would like to leave our number and they would get Frank to call us back, which he did. Frank arranged for the cleaners to come to the house pretty quickly.
While this was being done some of us had to sit in the garden while others went shopping.
After travelling such a long way, all we wanted to do was get in the pool/hot tub and relax, but this was not possible as we felt this was also in need of a clean. Frank also arranged for this to be carried out but wasn't until the Wednesday evening after 8pm. So basically, no pool for us for the first 2 days. While waiting for the house being cleaned my daughter ripped a brand new pair of IVY PARK leggings on one of chairs at outside dining table which has a screw coming sideways through the top, she was unable to see this due to the lack of lighting outside. The "lounger" plastic seats were both cracked which made then unusable unless you covered with a towel, as you could get skin caught in them. The two metal sunbeds are a total joke, the centre legs are corroded so badly that they don't even reach the patio, which again makes them dangerous to lay on.
All these things haven't just happened over a short period of time, this must have taken quite a while. I have taken pictures of everything I have highlighted here as proof.
A few days into the holiday we noticed a trail of ants coming in through a window down onto the kitchen worktops and some cockroaches under furniture. We got in touch with Frank again and he got someone out the next day. However in between times we had to clean surfaces and also the cutlery drawer as it was obvious this hadn't been done. Basically we cleaned the dishes we were planning to use in the dishwasher and Only ever used those as we didn't feel comfortable using anything that we hadn't cleaned ourselves. Containers that held kitchen utensils were dirty at the bottom with in grained in dirt. We were so looking forward to this holiday and were so disappointed. The gas bbq was also so unclean we ended up buying a little charcoal one. Again Frank paid the management person to clean the bbq but i'm sorry it wasn't up to our expectations.
There is no handbook to explain about garden lights, hot tub use or even contact info which was a bit of a pain, and constantly having to contact through whatsapp eventually made me feel as if we were being annoying to be honest..
No pucks for the air hockey table, the foozball table on the patio is totally rusty and was used for drying clothes due to the clothes airer also being rusty.
I appreciate the climate and this can happen but the maintenance/upkeep programme seems non existent, which is a shame because it could be such a lovely house.
At this moment in time no compensation has been mentioned for not being to use the pool for the first two days. The cost of calls @ £1 per minute which i'm hoping to be reimbursed for and we hadn't mentioned about the leggings but as i say i have a photo of them and the chair. We did buy a portable bbq at $15 which isn't a lot of money but it was tiny compared to the family BBQ we should have been able to use which we had been so looking forward to using due to our homeland climate.
Costs to us......
1 - 2 missed pool days
2 - $25 for BBQ, coal and lighters
3 - Daughters expensive leggings and being unable to wear again
4 - General dirty feeling for first few days due lack of any maintenance programme.
Yea we left a pile of bed linen on a table on the upper floor, but this was to ensure the next guests had clean linen on the beds and clean towels to use. The maintenance/cleaning company that Frank uses are a "joke", the bloke (Oscar) walked about trying to "sweet talk" us, as his assistant tried in vein to clean the whole house herself...

We are extremely sorry to hear that our home wasn’t to your liking, we did get everything done within the 24 hours of your arrival, Unfortunately Jose our long time friend and neighbor could no longer tend to our home due to his wife’s grave illness, Oscar is a close by neighbor and confidante for our home now, he works hard and well and not a bloke as per your saying, he was there the whole time trying to please you and help enjoy your stay in Orlando, we have owned our home for almost 9 years now, and over 150 guests have been kind enough to come and enjoy it like we do, fortunately your review is only 1 of 2 negative ever given to us but still 1 to many. Elizabeth we do wish you come back and with that a promise that I myself will be there prior to make sure it’s tip top condition.
On that note I wish a wonderful summer and hopefully till the next time.

Great stay
Pro- This home is huge! Plenty of living space for a big family. Hot tub and pool were heated. Beautiful decor!! Really comfortable beds. We were so close to Disney very convenient to jump right on highway. Championsgate was very nice. Owners were so responsive whenever I had a question.
Cons- The hot tub takes awhile to heat up to max heat. The t.v were a little complicated to work. We were so tired after a day at the parks it wasn’t a big deal for us. Some little things should be updated but nothing major (like missing pieces to games, remotes, and the cover to hot tub)
We really enjoyed this house and would stay again! Thank you!!!

Excellent
I rented the home for my family for Christmas week and everything was great. There was Christmas decorations put up so all I had to do was put the kids gifts under the tree. It was very spacious and really enjoyed my stay. It was really home away from home everything was supplied.Thanks you guys for everything.

Amazing - 5 Stars - Will Return
We rented this home for a full 7 days ranging from Saturday to Saturday in December of 2018. We had rented this home in the past, a few years ago also. The house is amazing. Ample room for everyone to spread out, the place felt just like home. The bedrooms were spacious, and clean and the common areas (kitchen, living rooms) were wonderful for hanging out and relaxing after a long day at the parks, or shopping. The attached in-ground pool out back was a great way to cool off during the hot days, and the hot tub was a great way to relax tired and sore muscles. This house was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our family vacation. The home included the use of the washer and dryer which made packing light a breeze to fit more space for shopping on the way home, and meshed in backyard kept out all bugs during the evening and night time. The three bathrooms throughout the house was perfect for a big family and 2 showers allowed for quick wake up and go mornings. We also had the pleasure of meeting the on-site grounds keeper who was super nice and very quiet when checking on the pool in the morning. The home comes with free wifi as well, as tv and Netflix to keep busy during the evenings before bed or, like our trip, tornado warnings and a crazy day full of rain. None the less, this home was perfect and when we return to Florida again, we will for sure be staying here.

A wonderful home from home
We stayed here for 16 nights in October 2018 as a family of 5 and had a fantastic time. The villa is very spacious and was like a home from home. The pool and spa are great with a nice seating area for outdoor dining and the area is quiet so no problems getting peace and quiet to sit outside. Inside there are 3 separate sitting areas (2 down and 1 upstairs) so plenty of space to stretch out, especially if you have teenagers!
Jose, who looks after the villa for the owner, lives next door and so is on hand should you have any issues but that said the owner, Frank, responds very quickly to any emails making the stay stress free.
Would highly recommend this property to all as it has everything.
