Perfect for my Family!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE
Me and my family absolutely loved this house. The house was very clean and welcoming. Great stay we will definitely rent it again. The pool/jacuzzi area could use some upgrades. But other than that we loved it!!!!!

12 bedrooms- plenty of room
our group of 12 golfers enjoyed our stay with each of us having our own bedroom. this made it feel a bit more spread out and offered some privacy. the kitchen had 2 large refrigerators which provided ample room to keep beverages and food cold. the kitchen table was large enough to seat all of us as was the ajoining den. we have rented other houses for our trip but this was by far the best and well worth the additional money. Being located right off RT 27 made travel to the courses very easy. having WIFI and a laptop in the house was a nice touch and used by many in our group. we had a problem with the hottub which was fixed promptly...that is all you can ask. the MGT company met us and showed us the house and explained things to us....very helpful. if we are in the area again we would definitely consider renting this house .

Very comfort holiday
We have stayed at this villa for 7 days. This lovely villa owner and staff did their best to make our vacations unforgettable and perfect. I do recommend this place to everybody seeking comfort while in Florida. We will certainly come back again!

We are happy to offer you accommodation with "the Best Location" only about 10 minutes from Disney World's Animal Kingdom! You will be very pleased creating nice memories for a lifetime. Home is located inside Highlands Reserve Resort and overlooks the Golf Course and is less than 200 yards from the Golf Club House. The area is surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, bars and outlet-stores and less than a mile to Publix grocery store. Enjoy a pool just outside your door and large entertaining patio for BBQs. Walking distance to Tennis Court, Community Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Playground and Pro Shop, Fitness Center and SPA. You will also find your favorite restaurants such as Applebee's, a Golfer's Pub, Indian restaurant, Sunday's Grill, Mia's Pizzeria and more.

Dinner parties for registered guests are encouraged but NO house parties are allowed, no music speakers allowed outside other than from like a mobile phone with conversational volume that cannot be heard by neighbors and it must be completely quiet outside after 10 pm; No non-registered guests/locals are allowed at home at any time; no trash/debris left outside at any time; parking only in the designated two driveway spots and max one vehicle directly in front of home, not on grass, and never more than 3 cars or vans per home (up to 15 passenger vans ok but nothing larger). We have NoiseAware security for everyone's security, peace, and enjoyement. If we receive a call or it is discovered that any neighbor or neighborhood is disturbed, you could be asked to leave early with a no refund and loss of security deposit. We are confident that everything will be just fine. However, as policy dictates, we must remind you that our homes are in quiet upscale neighborhoods. Respecting our neighbors is our foremost concern.
