South Florida Living at it's Finest in this Immaculate 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Private Home. Perfectly located one mile to direct beach access, Three Blocks from the Shopping Center including Publix, Starbucks and Restaurants. This Family friendly home is located on a quiet street and safe neighborhood. The home Features a Modern Pool and Hot Tub ( the Pool can be Cooled in the Summer and warmed in the Winter), BBQ Grill, Large Covered Patio with Flat Screen TV and Dinning Table. The Entire Home has been completely renovated inside and out, with Flat Screen Smart TV's and Satellite, WIFI with free use of Tablet. All Bedrooms have Pillow Top Mattress's and Master Bedroom has Direct access to the Pool and Patio area. There is Also a Mini Crib Available for infants. The Kitchen has all Stainless Ste...

Primary Renter must be at least 25 yrs of age or older.
No Pets Allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No parties or glass ware outside.
Children under age 16 should be supervised around the pool. Safety latch on living room door is secured.
Bookings over 14 days subject to electricity, water, cable & internet charge of $900/m per stay.
House cleanings are mandatory bi-weekly and must be arranged directly with our concierge.
Late check-out subject to $250 USD fee unless agreed to.

Super endroit.
La maison correspond exactement aux descriptions et photos sur le site web. Le quartier est très sécuritaire et tranquille. Il y a une épicerie et une pharmacie à moins d’un kilomètre. Tamara ( a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions et à nos besoins.
La piscine chauffée et le spa sont merveilleux.
La maison était vraiment très propre et tous les équipements fonctionnaient bien.
Le seul problème avec la maison c’est la table pour manger à l’extérieur. Elle est située sous une toiture (c’est parfait pour nous protéger du soleil ou de la pluie) mais elle est à l’ouest et lorsque le soleil descend dans le ciel à l’heure du souper, cela est très dérangeant pour les convives qui ne sont pas dos au soleil. La pose d’une toile rétractable permettrait de régler cette situation et serait très appréciée par les locataires.
Nous avons bien l’intention est de réserver à nouveau pour 2025.

Wonderful vacation spot
Lovely property, very clean, and great location. Very well appointed for your every need. Beach was a quick walk…We enjoyed the ability to get to almost anywhere in a short drive

Best stay ever!!!!
This place is so cozy and peaceful. You can see the mountains right from the hot tub on the patio. The chalet is surrounded by beautiful views. It’s a close walk to the beach as well. All the instructions were clearly communicated and the house was very well equipped. Check in and check out was hassle free and easy.

Fantastic - will book again!
The house is super clean and well stocked to cover all your needs. the location is great and very close to the beach. Great place to stay for morning walks and easy to get to beach to watch the sunrise.

Would stay again!
The property location is perfect. The house is walking distance to the beach, and just a few miles to downtown shopping and nightlife. The neighborhood was safe (family friendly), and beautiful. The house itself was spacious, and furnished beautifully. The two bedrooms both have very large walk-in closets. Tamara and her team are wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending our stay. Thank you for everything- the Rossetti Family.

Great Family Getaway
We had a great, relaxing family vacation at the Deerfield beach home. The house was beautiful and maintained perfectly. We lenjoyed the pool, hot tub and the nearby beach. Hosts were welcoming, wonderful people and very responsive and accommodating. They provided lots of extras like bikes, beach gear and pool toys to make the stay more enjoyable as well. We will be back!

Excellent value beach rental
Had a wonderful time. The house is about a mile from the beach. The pool and hot tub at the house were great, and we used them every day. Tamara was very helpful, and personally greeted us on our arrival.

We had a wonderful time!
The house was comfortable, the pool and spa were a delight and the location was perfect. Tamara could not have been more helpful and we will definitely be returning!
