Great location, terrible service - there are better options.

The apartment is in great location, unfortunately the attitude of the property manager and lack of communication left us with a very negative experience. On the morning after we arrived I’ve contacted her letting her know there is no electricity in the night stands ( meaning no charges/ lights / anything ) that the TV are malfunctioning and that we’re missing a duvet. She responded that she’ll get back to me and disappeared. She did not respond to my texts, call, or anything and denied that I have called. This area has many many options, I would go with a hosts that actually cares about their guests. Also, they are advertising an ocean view, which is partial and only from one corner of the balcony.
