Enter through the front door into the oversized foyer where you will be greeted by the peaceful views of your private pool and the backyard canal. Directly to your right is the single car garage which also contains the full-size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. The foyer provides an open concept to the dining and living areas of the house. To your left you'll find the stylishly decorated formal dining room. A large table seats your guests in a relaxed setting, allowing for tasty food and friendly conversation to flow easily. Flanking the dining area are the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has new high-quality mattresses and furnishings that were put in the home in February 2016. The master suite offers a queen size bed, in-room flat screen TV, and private, full ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and in-room TV; while the second guest bedroom is appointed with two twin bunk beds. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath in the adjoining hallway. To the other side of the dining area is the spacious, open kitchen and living room. Walls of wrap-around windows, bathe the rooms in natural light and provide views of Estero Bay and the backyard canal. The kitchen has newer appliances, a substantial amount of counter space, granite counters, along with everything you could want or need to prepare your meals while here in Paradise. Overlooking the pool and the canal, everyone will want the opportunity to cook a meal in this beautiful kitchen. A quaint table for four off the kitchen provides for an additional dining area overlooking the water and backyard. Adjacent to the kitchen is the delightful living room. Comfortable furnishings, along with a large, flat screen TV, will have you relaxing in no time and forgetting the stresses of everyday life. Gazing out over the yard and water, you will realize your vacation in paradise is not going to be long enough. Connect to the wireless internet and tell all your friends about your incredible vacation home! The living room is outfitted with both a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa for an additional area of sleeping for three extra guests. Exit from the living area out into the back yard. Various outside seating options can be found, along with a fire pit for an evening of storytelling around the 'campfire'. Grab some marshmallows and you'll be set for an evening of relaxation and memories in the making. For those who care to try their hand fishing, the backyard canal is a perfect place for catching a fish dinner. Being just three homes off Estero Bay you can catch a multitude of wonderful eating fish. Watch closely for the dolphins and manatees that frequent the canal. They are a beautiful site to see. Launch kayaks from the back yard and explore Estero Bay or rent a boat at the marina just three blocks north of the house and cruise around the island or take a journey to some of the other islands close by. Bring your own boat and dock it in the back yard. The possibilities are endless. The large, in-ground, electric heated pool is sure to be a favorite gathering spot for everyone. Cool off on those hot Florida days, while soaking up the Florida sun pool side under the screened in lanai. 5670 Williams Drive is just a five-minute walk to the beach. Deeded beach access is at the corner of Estero Blvd. just one tiny block away from Williams Drive. Here you will find seven miles of white sugar sand beach waiting for you to explore. Our warm Gulf of Mexico waters are perfect for swimming and walking along. For the adventurous parasailing and Jet Ski rentals are only an 8-minute walk from the house or less than a 1-minute drive. Centrally located mid island you have the benefit of being able to travel both north and south on the island easily. Publix grocery store is a short 3 blocks away from the house, as is the award-winning Bayfront Bistro restaurant and Snook Bite Marina. Shops and additional restaurants can be found just one mile north or one mile south of the house. Times Square is a short 2.5 miles away to the north or Santini Plaza 2 miles to the south. Trolley stops heading both north and south bound are located along Estero Blvd. for $.75 a ride or purchase an all-day pass for just $2.
