Love the place!!
When we walked into the condo it was very clean!
Plenty of room for us and nicely decorated.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
The location was great as was the pool and the beach
We will definitely come back next year.

Find another place to stay! This is not luxury!
Find another place to rent!! Stay away for this place unless you have low standards and want to lose your “damage” deposit!
The blinds do not work and are old and falling apart in the living room , the tap in the bathtub is broken. All the sink taps in the both bathrooms and door knobs are old and need replacement and they can not be properly cleaned as they are corroded (very disgusting!). We had to use a hand towel to turn on and off the taps as it grossed us out! We were told that hand soap would be provided but the only hand soap was a dirty half of a bar of hotel soap that was already used many times! Ewwww! The light switches are all about 50 years old, the wall paper is peeling, the tables are scratched up and the place is tidy but not very clean. My feet would be black from the floor after walking on the floors. I had to clean them with baby wipes at the end of the day to avoid ruining the face cloths or sheets!
Make sure you take lots of pictures of the damaged items as you may get scammed out of your damage deposit like I did so that she can fix up the place. I lost my damage deposit to fix the foldout bed which we did not even fold out or use!!! I have no idea if it was broken or not as we didn’t use it!! She also tried to charge me with extra cleaning and laundry fees even though the place was much cleaner when we left then when we arrived and we were paying a $125.00 cleaning fee!! We reused our towels, put out our trash and recycling, cleaned the kitchen, dusted the tables, put the dirty towels and sheets together and even swept the floors on our way out!!
I was accused of leaving food and a mess everywhere!! The only food left was there upon our arrival! The fridge, cupboard and freezer had opened food items left in them which also grossed us out! I just pushed these food items to the back of the fridge/freezer and cupboard as I didn’t want to be charged with discarding them. Also there was a baggie of pills left in the fridge and dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon our arrival! Best of luck finding another place to stay! I certainly would recommend staying anywhere but here!

Wonderful stay!!
We enjoyed our stay at the this lovely condo very much. It had everything we needed, nice and roomy, well lit, king size bed had a really comfy mattress, we enjoyed 2 flat screen TV's and we used wifi with no problems. This location is great! We enjoyed the view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, pool, fitness center, parking or valet, beach attendant etc. and we got everything we wanted from this vacation. We hope to make it back soon! It was a great experience. Thanks to the owner, Nelly, for answering all our questions and accommodating a comfortable stay.

A Wonderful Location to Stay and Enjoy Vacation
This is a Very Charming Apartment, Clean and Secure. and a very quiet place.
We have particularly appreciated the balcony at night and enjoyed the view.
The Staff and Valet services are always very welcoming.
A very pleasant place to stay and convenient to shopping, restaurants and the mall.

Vacation
Thank you for a great vacation! We had a wonderful time and would come back definitely! The owner is very accommodating, very easy check-in check-out, we choose to get VRBO insurance rather than damage deposit and it is a good option that was offered by the owner. This condo has the best location in Hollywood, very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our comfortable stay.

Amazing place and location
The location is perfect, the condo provides everything you might need, the best is the pool and the beach next to you, restaurants and stores in a walking distance, I highly recommend, you will have the best vacation ever!

Superb beach and great location overall, perfect find
Love the beach, just couple of minutes from the apartment, has perfect sand and stretch for few miles with nice surroundings - great for a long walk or morning run. In addition you have a good size heated pool to relax late into sunset. View from the room is perfect to seat on a balcony and look at the boats passing by. Street is not far from the restaurants. Owner is super friendly and accommodating. I was very lucky to get this find and definitely will return.
