Never again
When we first arrived the trash cans were full and smelled really bad. The thermostat was on 80 and the balcony door was standing open. We turned the thermostat down to 72 and the next day there was a big puddle of water in the living room floor and one of the bedroom closets. The luggage in the closet was soaked and had to be dried. One of the showers backed up and was full of dirt and sand. The game room was a joke and we were afraid to let the kids go in there because the air hockey table looked like it would fall at any time. The back yard was a mess and we saw rats on numerous occasions. The pool had quite a bit of leaf litter and needed to be cleaned. The putting green is a waste it has 2 holes about 4 feet apart.

Even Better!
The house was better than described. It was clean, well equipped and perfect.
The management company was 100% professional and exhibited a true interest in making sure we had a positive experience.
Highly recommend this property and management company.
