Newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage located steps away from the Homosassa River and Palo Verde dead ends into Yulee Preserve. The 1 acre property has new sidewalks down W Yulee. Ride your bike or walk to restaurants, shopping or the river from your own backyard. This cottage is located near all the activities provided by the Homosassa river including local hunting and fishing, water sports, etc with local dining, shopping and breweries only a short drive away. Tampa is approx a 1 hour drive with Tampa International Airport.

Nice and Clean little cottage in Homossassa
This is a great location. This cottage has been updated. It has a very comfy queen size bed in the bedroom. Thanks Nana for the nice pet friendly place to stay.
